If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all. this place needs to hire people with professionalism. The guy with a Mohawk who cut my nephew’s hair was constantly texting. He would then continue cutting his hair, then text. I was getting irritated by this. Once he finished, my nephew had cuts on his forehead. He was bleeding and the staff did nothing about it. The guy at the counter was full of hickies. So unprofessional. No tip was given.

I went here when my regular salon was too busy down the street and was very happy with the results but wish I didn’t have to wait as I like to get in and out but was happy that I did. Have been there twice and 2 different guys have cut my hair and was happy with both. Wish they had their hours posted here as I need a hair cut before going to work today.

I’ve been here for the first time, I asked for Lidia after reading some reviews about her. As it turns out, it wasn’t the best cut i’d expected… but wouldn’t complain for just a $ 5 haircut. I rated the salon 3 star because I like the spacious and clean salon, and she kind of took her time enough for $ 5 haircut. One advice, if you wanted a complete, perfect haircut for some special events, never go to these cheap salons because most likely you will not be satisfied. I wanted a more style to my cut, but of course not I should have known. I wanted a style, cute asian or Korean haircut, but decided to give this salon a try. I wasn’t satisfied at all and I don’t think I will ever come back to a place like this again.

I have gone back a few times, however, the last 3 times, I have not been happy with the end result, I no longer go here.

This place is great. For 5 bucks, I have gotten some of the best hair cuts in my life. They take their time and do a very detailed job. On top of that, they even give you a straight blade treatment on the back of your neck, ears and the side burn area. They also do a great job with women’s hair because both my mom and sister get their hair done at this place. If you’re there, ask for Consuelo; she has done a great job.

This is the best place I’ve gotten my hair cut. I don’t speak Spanish, and I don’t think they speak much English, but they must understand English very well. I’ve been going there for years now, and never had a problem at all. They take their time, and do a very good job. The best part it only cost $ 5.00 for a regular haircut.
Parking is not too hard to find. It’s hard to find parking on the side streets, but you can always find a meter on Montrose, and it’s only like .25/​hour.
This place is half the cost of places like cost-​cutters, and does a MUCH better job. I highly recommend this place.
