This is my very first Unilocal post, and I am usually not the kind of person who writ theses kind of reviews. However, the way I was mistreated by the management of this business compels me to express how over the top my disappointment in his failure to deliver services has been. Great staff except for this owner/principal Jeff Kahn. He is arrogant and not responsive to needs. He criticizes clients who do not understand IT issues and treats them like a «bad date.» He left my law firm hanging for weeks without addressing the issues for which he was hired. Do not be fooled by their ridiculous web site statement: ISYOURCURRENTITPROVIDERTREATINGYOULIKE A BADDATE? Unresponsive? Avoiding your calls? Can’t be on site when you need them? It’s probably time to break up! Yes, I had to break up with this group, not because of the tech team working there, but because of the poor manner by which Kahn puts down his clients and does not respond in a timely fashion when IT help is critical. He might be the most knowledgeable IT person around(how would I know?), but the way he neglects and fails to understand his clients needs, puts him at the bottom of IT help in Chicago. And I have a few of his unprofessional condescending and insulting emails to prove it.
