We went in mothers day my sister didn’t got her order right they couldn’t do nothing about it food was cold

Ceviche and michelada!
Reasonably priced and very satisfying on a sunday morning!
Ordered the ceviche mixto and asked for extra limes on the side but it wasn’t necessary! (They did in fact bring me a bunch of fresh cut limes though).
The reason for me leaving 4 stars and not 5 is because their credit card machine was down on a busy sunday morning. I was guided to the ATM but that was also out of order (no money inside). This really upset is as we felt hostage to the establishment. The manager dabbled with the ATM for 20 minutes with no success.
After 25 minutes our server returned and apologized but insisted on trying the credit card machine one more time. It worked none the less but it sure was frustrating.
I’ve been here several times and think it was just a fluke, I’ll definitely be back for more micheladas!

This place is ok! I ordered ceviche as an appetizer but sent it back because the shrimp was dark in color and super fishy n taste. However, the fajitas mixtas look great! Server was very nice about my complaint with the ceviche and had no problem taking it away.

The food was great but the service is terrible the girls working there are always so grumpy and look so confused like they have no idea what they’re doing.

This has got to be the worst place for caldo de camaron. Disgusted! This was supposed to be just a shrimp soup as I was digging in ran into a crab leg and a tiny piece of squid. Now to some that may be harmless but to me I only eat shrimp and fish so I was instantly disgusted. I got past that and began to eat it anyway the flavor (well) there was no flavor. Sorry but you guys should really do better for the prices you charge.

This place is going downhill, they’re so cheap now, they no longer serve you fries and bread with your entrée, you need to pay extra for that, ridiculous, never going back…

The food very good me and my husband love getting the langostinos the waitress are friendly but they always seem to forget something … Other than that I love their food.

Absolutely awful! Worst coctel de camaron ever. Will never ever buy from this place again. Would not give it any stars.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, I called in an order the hostess said it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I got there the order was not ready for they did not start on it yet and said the fish needed another 30 minutes to defrost and another 30 minutes to prepare. She said she will try and get the order done faster by pouring hot water over the red snapper, I don’t think that’s good for defrosting fish. This restaurant is incapable of getting the order prepared on time and calling you back to let you know of a delay.

Let me start by saying, Holy Cow 10 dollars for a small michelada? I asked for modelo especial and they added negra modelo. The waitress insisted it was not negra modelo, but it can tell the difference between dark and light. Food quality went down to a point that the prices don’t do the justice. Here is my humble suggestion to the owner, hire better staff or train them with customer service skills and lower your prices. 80 dollars for two people for less than average food is ridiculous

This is a to go spot if you’re bringing a large group of friends.
As soon as you enter you notice the large fish tank and the bright décor. You wait to be seated and for a busy Saturday night I was surprised that my husband and I didn’t had to wait for long.
The atmosphere is very alive, they have a lot of tv’s, bright lights, huge wooden tables, really loud music and live mariachi.
Friendly waitresses bring out a tray of fresh crisp tostadas, saltine crackers and a sample of ceviche, the ceviche was good.
They also have a wide variety of exotic drinks and a good line of Mexican sodas.
We order shrimp octopus cocktail, a seafood mix cocktail and a large plate of mussels in a special home made sauce and a plate of prawns in sauce.
In my opinion the shrimp & seafood cocktails totally missed the flavor, it was salty and it tasted weird.
I didn’t liked it, to me they were awful the worst i’ve had. I’m shaking at the memory of it. Do not order this from the menu.
But I do give two thumbs up for the delicious spicy mussels, the plate comes with caramelized onions and slices of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. Also the praws were really tasty. These two dishes totally saved the night.
Overall, I recommend this place for a party or large group night. It’s not an quiet intimate place if that’s your thought, and you will literally expect a fiesta. The food is a hit or miss :/​but the cocktails drinks are amazing. The crowd is loud and mostly everyone dress for a party lol
It’s a little over priced but bringing the right crown you will have a good time.

I really don’t get how this place only has 2 stars. I went here for lunch with some co-​workers, and I was unsure what to expect with the rating it has. But I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good. Everyone liked their meal. The service started out a bit slow. We arrived and there was no hostess, or any clear indication if we should seat ourselves, so we just grabbed a table. After about 10 minutes waiting somebody finally came out with waters and menus and from there it was smooth sailing. My only complaint might be that they fired up the high powered sound system to turn on the tv news. The service may be too slow if they’re really busy at night, but for lunch we were all pleased, and will definitely be back.

Awful service, after waiting for 15 min still no waitress to take order. My friends and I just walked out. Please close. Never going there again.

They had two mariachis at one time so it was kind of loud.
It seemed like there was a shift change
because all of the sudden there was no staff one moment then poof tons!
Bathrooms need to be better and maybe new chairs for the tables
The food was great and basically worth the wait.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will NEVER go here again. Our waitress forgot our order had to come back and ask us again! The place looks big but they have the tables so close to each other that you have no room at all! My food was also gross, my shrimp were overcooked and dry. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Here Right Now, the food was good. The service isn’t! It is packed and loud. It was a 25 minute wait for 2, so we sat in the bar area. We never got water refilled. Had to ask for it. We were almost done with our meals by the time she came back with water. I started to ask if we could get a box but she dropped our water off then walked away. So here we are waiting again… Still need water and a box to go… Oh. And when we never got menus when we sat at the high top tables near the bar. Oh and they don’t take your used plates, like the appetizer plates. I’m posting a pic of how things are piled up.

I wouldn’t even give it a star.
The food is not great, the only good thing is the Ceviche. But that doesn’t make up for the bad customer service this place has, it’s horrible. Do these waiters & waitresses know they work for tips?
They never check if you need anything and you call them over to get a refill of your drink they take more than 10 – 15 minutes are you serious? For a simple coke.
It’s always like this, I guess the owner doesn’t care to keep his cliental happy.
AVOID this place if you hate bad service because it’s what they are best at.

My first time actually dining in at the restaurant was on Saturday. I’ve ordered from here before and I’ve had their paella.
The place is very wide open not much privacy between tables but it’s not too bad. The atmosphere was very busy that night and the music was a little loud and made it hard to hear the person next to me lol. HOWEVER my large family was accommodated with to large tables and we all sat pretty comfortably.
We were given an a few order of ceviche which I enjoyed tremendously seemed like it was fresh and didn’t have that taste where it had been sitting out (YUCK). There was soo many of us I can’t account for what everyone ate but I myself have had a Chicken and shrimp fajita (minus the tortillas… I know what your thinking whats fajitas with out tortillas but hey those are carbs I DO NOT NEED LOl) I was presently surprised that they were really good. Some places tend to burn everything when it comes to fajitas the chicken and shrimp were well seasoned and I enjoyed every bite.
The food came out in spurts so not everyone was served at the same time but the delay wasn’t too bad but might be something to work on since I personally feel that everyone at the table should get their food at the same time. (hey that’s just me).
Waitress was pretty friendly and towards the end a mariachi came out and catered a few songs to our table which was nice.
Overall a nice experience !

Last time there was not as pleasant as my previous visits. Hopefully it was a mistep in their service and not the norm now.
