My mom who lives out of town placed an order online for flowers to be delivered some days after she paid. A week passed by and my mom asked me if I had received the flower arrangement. Of course I had not. She forwarded the purchase confirmation and I called the flower. I called the flower and left a voicemail, did not get a call back. The, called again and someone from the flower shop told me I had received, which I DIDNOT! I was told I would get an upgrade and receive the arrangement by the end of the week. I got the arrangement but no upgrade. I looked at the receipt and the price was not worth at all. I don’t think 12 tulips are worth more than $ 50.00. Not recommending this shop nor buying from them.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The quiet man the other reviews are referring to is very nice. In fact, I brought in a house plant that was dying but he gave me advice on how to care for the plant and now that plant has been thriving for over 2 years. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate on larger house trees/plants.

The flower arrangement we received was OK, but they have a rude delivery driver who chastised my wife for not being home to accept delivery! Totally unprofessional, and a lousy welcome back from our honeymoon, even despite the flowers. Thankfully we weren’t returning from a funeral.

I’ve been to maybe 10 flower shops in my life, so I’m definitely no expert, but I really like this place. It’s spacious, for one, and they have a nice variety of both flowers and plants and other things like pots and baskets and pedestals. I’m not really sure why the other reviews were hating on the customer service because I received nice service both times I went. The first time was for Valentine’s day, and the lady helped me put together a really nice bouquet for my girlfriend(i wanted something that wasn’t cliché, so she talked through options with me and answered all my questions). They even did a great job of wrapping it and made it nice to present. I took this for granted until I later went to a different flower shop just a couple blocks away and their presentation sucked so bad I stopped somewhere else to re-wrap it. For my second visit, I was looking for some house plants and one of the women there was very friendly and gave good advice on what plants would be good for my apartment. In regards to the other reviews about bad customer service, I guess I can sort of see how they might have seen that… there was a man working there who didn’t seem very friendly. But maybe he just doesn’t talk much, I don’t know. All in all, I really like this place. It seems like a very nice family-owned business. And it’s funny seeing their cats walk around too. If you’re allergic to cats, obviously, this might not be such a great place for you to go.

Yuck. I walk in and feel like I’m out of place. Am I sure this is a flower shop? Yeah, the sign says it is, but when I enter the front door, the workers look at me like they’ve had a frontal lobotomy. Five steps in, and already I can tell this isn’t a normal flower shop. No one’s making arrangements or moving around. They’re just sitting there… looking at me. Here’s a clue: Flowers should be beautiful and bountiful, not a few rubber banded bunches in refrigerators. Placing a few leafy plants in your window does not a flower shop make. Avoid. There is a much better flower shop a couple blocks away.
