Lake Point Tower Dental

I only went here once and it was the worst dental appointment of my life. There was no dental hygienist so the dentist cleaned my teeth and he did a horrible job — didn’t even floss them. He did none of the introductory appointment exams that they advertise. When I complained about TMJ and asked if he knew a specialist he suggested I get botox in the jaw at his clinic to loosen up the tissue. He also told me I’d like how it will look because it’ll make me look younger (I was 29 at the time) — pretty sure he was just trying to sell botox (not covered by insurance, of course). I scheduled a check-​up 6 months out because I was traveling a lot and didn’t have time to transfer to a new dentist. They never followed up with me and completely forgot that I had scheduled the appointment when I called to reschedule due to work travel.
Only redeeming quality of the dental visit was the view of Navy Pier from the dental chair.

I always fear about finding the right dentist, and now I am worry-​free! Both Dr. Park and Choi were awesome. They know what they are doing and were extremely friendly and caring. I am so thankful to my friend for telling me about this place. I don’t have dental insurance so was worried this place might be overpriced with such nice location, but they gave me a good discount to make everything reasonable. I’ve gone for cleaning, check up, and recently got a crown done and overall the experience was very comforting. I am pretty picky about who I see for dentists but also for facility, and this place was so nice and clean. I am really sad that I will be moving next year to different city and I won’t be able to find such nice dental practice.
