I went to Gurnee office once. The dentist said my teeth are so bad that I need to have antibiotics applied to the roots of the teeth and gave me an estimate. I had to bear a good portion of the cost because the insurance didn’t cover the cost completely. I was suspicious and asked for the x-​rays of the teeth to get a second opinion. Then they charged me $ 40 for copies of images. I went to another dentist, and he said there is nothing wrong with my teeth, and in fact said I he said I have good teeth and gum. After that I never went to that office. After about 4 years, I have no problem with my teeth.

The worst customer service. (can just say no service whatsoever) DO NOT entertain going to this place. God forbid you actually had to get a hold of your dentist. And yes this is the same Lafazanos dental in Park Ridge, Gurnee and Crystal Lake.
