This review is for a 2012 November visit. Staff might have changed now. But that was the worst experience ever! There was a special for like a 10 piece with 4 biscuits and 1 large side. We don’t eat biscuits so we decided to just buy a 10 piece with 2 large sides. The cashier thought it’s would be «cheaper» to give me the special with an extra large side. But we said no to that offer because it was not cheaper because the special included the biscuits. So then we paid with credit card and when we got the receipt back, the cashier STILL ordered the special with an extra large side. Even though it’s was only like $ 1.50 more, we explained that we did not want the biscuit meal and wanted to order separately. The manager or someone that was in charge went over to the cash register and handed me $ 1 and eagerly said that is more than we owe you. I told her that the difference is more than $ 1. The manager then went on and said NO, $ 1 is more than enough because it’s PLUSTAX. Who charges tax on returns??? KFC is suppose to be giving back the tax that WEPAID. I’ not sure how she got the job when she doesn’t even know how to calculate simple math. No matter how we calculated on our phone and said the difference is more, she refused to re-order our order to see what the total was and still stick to her $ 1 is more than enough. So instead of arguing, we just left. Worst employees ever.

This KFC is the worst!!! Ever!!! I mean How do you run out of chicken, at KFC. Its happened people, to me and my friends for a very long time. Every time I go it seems like they run out of tender or anything else I want to order. The worst part is you order in the drive thru and when you get to the window you have to repeat your order 7 time, not exaggerating.” ohh, what kind of drink was that again, crisp or original?” «No, Grilled» «ok, a number one grilled, with what kinda drink?» Arrrrgh!!!
