I sat at the drive thru window for 10 mins. The worker told me she forgot I was there smh. She then takes my order. I’m at the window waiting to pay for my food & I see them sitting up there taking selfies instead of taking my money or making my food. I blew my horn to get they attention & the girl gave me attitude like I was doing something wrong. I finally get my food which was suppose to be 10 honey bbq wings but they only gave me 8 overall I received horrible service & i will never go back to that KFC on 75^th & lafayette

KFC is now offering a 10% discount for veterans and active duty military. Of course inquire about it to ensure that your KFC is a participant. Since there is a Popeye’s chicken across the way, they’ll honor the competitors coupons.

I am writing this just to let the world know this is the most fucked up kfc ever. My little cousin just had to have kfc so we stopped here. We were in the drive thru for 30 mins. Our order was placed through the intercom thing, and when we got to the window we had to repeat the order to the dumb chick. After 30 mins we get the food we drive 2 ft she gave me wedges not mashed potaotes circle back swoop behind the car that was just in back of us, mind u theis drive thru is full the rest of the line is still being held behind the intercom wait 30 more mins for sum mashed potatoes. We get a mile away and this boys discovers she gave him some kinda spicy chicken little instead of the regular one that he ordered. It was to late at this time, he shoulda checked. worst kfc ever

I went there for lunch today and ordered 5 Kentucky grilled thighs and they were not that great they had very little meat on them. Plus not to mention the biscuits were dry and could have used a light sweep of butter. They also have this mode of taking orders behind a bullet-​proof plexi-​glass window that indicates how African-​Americans are treated in certain neighborhoods. You’re treated like a criminal by talking to someone through a speaker and it’s usually some hoodrat that works the register. I usually don’t eat at KFC since half the locations I go to are usually staffed with hoodrats and people with serious attitude problems and ignorant management. One customer got pissed off when they didnt have what she ordered and she snapped saying «Can I at least have my drink for the inconvenience». Yet it’s funny how the behavior from the customers is appauling to see people acting ghetto and rude because a restaurant was temporarily out of a certain menu item. I wasnt impressed and the grilled chicken they had was not-​fall-​off-​the-​bone good like they claimed it tasted rather bland.
