First time at this laundromat, the one I usually go to is moving locations. So I was looking for another laundromat that offered free dry and found Jumbo. First impressions? The facility was not very clean. Tiles on the floor missing, looked like it hasn’t been mopped in a while and the chairs they had there were filthy. Several washers and dryers were out of order, as well as all the change machines, the vending machines and even the restrooms. I did however appreciate the laundry essentials they did have for sale. The detergent wasn’t very big but it would do. The price of the largest washer seemed a bit overpriced. At the other laundromat there was more space and it was cheaper for the largest washer. All the washers here aren’t very big. $ 9.50 for the largest one is definitely an over step. The upside? They have what looks to be NEW dryers that work perfectly. They dry in 15 min increments and 30 mins in total dried everything fully. This is probably the only reason I would return.

Great experience. Tons of machines and free dryers! There is a TV, snack machines, & plenty of room to fold your clothes. They offer a drop off service as well.

Weirdest experience of my life. The machines in my building were down for repair. I needed to do laundry so I came here. I paid to do my laundry via the machines. I put quarters directly into the machines and they ran after taking my money. After I was done, the worker, Rosa, said that I had to pay HER directly, insisting that the machines were free and I didn’t pay. Shockingly, no one with a key to verify that I put quarters in the machine could be reached. Is this how she earns tips? Extorting money directly from customers? Ridiculous.

They have large washers that cost $ 5.25 that are quick. That can cover at least 2 weeks worth of laundry for me! So, I do one mega wash, and then 2 – 3 dry. Most of the single load/top load washers that I saw were marked out of order. Free dryers! They go for 10−15mins at a time, with most of the time it taking 2 cycles to get my stuff dry. I like it better than using the laundry room in my building. There’s a(free) parking lot. I average around an hour total time here for wash, dry, and fold for 2 – 3 weeks worth of laundry. I bring a book, and enjoy the time unplugged. I’d rather take the 45−60mins here than the minimum of 90mins(plus fold time) in my building.

Washers @ 2.50, 3.25, 5.25 and one size larger than that. No charge for dryers. Usually very clean and well maintained, but has been going downhill. More and more washers are out of order and stay that way. Also, they do the dropoff laundry during regular hours: even when the place is empty, there is a wait for dryers.

Clean, friendly and helpful attendants. Busy on the weekends but during week i can do my load quick and with no hustle. And drying is for free so its a good deal. Oh forgot to mention free WiFI.
