I’ve got nothing but fantastic things to say about Julie. She’s such a lovely person and works to take the stress out of planning your event. She has a great network of resources and really has her finger on the pulse of Chicago.

Hired Julie and her protégé to help with PR and communications for an event. The duo made the experience an utter nightmare.
The entire experience was rooted in endless battles, Julie ruthlessly demanding she was correct, and the two systematically destroying our entire brand. If that’s not enough, I’ve also heard that years later they are still trying to spread negative rumors. I’ve been forwarded emails I can only assume they never thought I would see.
The following year we hired a different PR firm. The experience was night and day. If you want an advisor, champion, and solid guidance, consider a less diva centric firm.

I have worked with Julie Darling over the years in several capacities. Most recently we had her help with a few events at one of my clients Cooper Technica, Inc. She has plenty of great solid resources in the Chicago area to make the event smooth and professional.
I have also worked with her in the past as a vendor providing photos for various events she helped organize. It was a pleasure to work with her in both capacities.
I consider her to be a very valuable resource and I plane to do business with her in the future as I have been for the last 5+ years.

Julie Darling Rocks! She and her P.R. company have been consistently spectacular to work with for several years. I highly recommend her — in Chicago as well as throughout America. Not only is she enthusiastic in all that she does, but there’s no detail too small for her and her crew to attend to. That’s why I gave them 5 stars. ;-)
