As a single guy who does not care about decorating his home Kari did an amazing job in transforming my place from a single guys home with a computer table, couch and tv to looking like a home that an actual couple would live in. I received many compliments on the décor. Kari made it easy to help me pick out items that I would need to help decorate my place all online since I am a lazy guy when it comes to such matters. She kept everything within my budget. Kari made my place in one simple (for me) afternoon into a great looking model home. I recently hired Kari to stage my home and get it ready for sale. Long story short… Kari did an awesome job. 12 hrs after putting my home on the market, I received 2 full price offers and many compliments on how my home looked. Due to Kari’s staging, I sold my home for $ 15,000 more than what I thought I would get for the home. Selling my home the first day on the market was also great because I had moved out and living 1,500 miles away so I did not want to pay a mortgage on a home I wasn’t living in. On the front end, Kari walked through the home with me and advised me on what color paint I should use to repaint rooms in my home and simple updates that would help me fetch top dollar. On the back end, Kari arranged for all of the staging furniture to be picked up and that the home was ready for it’s new owners.
