This review is for James Murphy. Although I live in Grosse Pointe, MI, I have a business in Lake Forest, IL. A friend referred me to Mr. Murphy. During our meeting, he was so rude, abrupt, and horribly disrespectful, that I was convinced I had made an appointment with the wrong person. But no, even though I was a personal referral, he still acted this way. Makes me wonder what he’s like to clients who aren’t referrals. Also makes me question my friend who referred me.
