Jocelyn made the entire rental process easy and enjoyable. She is personable, polite, and respected our opinions. I was impressed with her preparation and it was obvious that she cared about helping us find what we were looking for. When we came in to her office, Jocelyn had prepared a book of places we would be visiting, complete with pictures and details. Her organization and scheduling of visits made the fast-​paced process less stressful. I would highly recommend working with Jocelyn.

Jocelyn was so wonderful to work with finding a new apartment in Chicago! She worked all hours, day and night, for two straight weeks until my boyfriend and I found the perfect place in Lincoln Square. She made the process so simple and easy for us, even with all of our many requirements (in-​unit washer dryer, central air, large kitchen, deck, parking, close to the train, etc.), all within our price range. Jocelyn eagerly catered to our needs and schedule and was so organized when it came to coordinating with landlords/​agents to set up showings — it was so helpful to not have to think about the details! Jocelyn would simply send us a schedule of showings she had set up, based on the units we were interested in. Jocelyn’s enthusiasm, positive energy, and dedication made the process fun — her passion for her work clearly shows! When we found the right apartment, she continued to work with us, helping us through the application process and making sure we had everything we needed before we signed off on the lease. I would highly recommend Jocelyn to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell in the area!
