This is the Former Home Plate Club, then the former Jim Beam Club, and now the Gold Coast Tickets Club. Same concept, just different corporate sponsors. This area is one of the super-premium seating areas at Sox Park/US Cellular Field. Situated in the former Press Box, this semi-exclusive club(tickets are available as a season ticket package and on the secondary market) is an all inclusive experience. The cost of the ticket includes a pre-game buffett, and in seat wait service. As well as a full, unlimited bar experience. Jim Beam, as the one time title sponsor, was the main whiskey, but other brand and spirits were offered. The club is two areas. One is the buffet/bar area, with standard tables as well as a full bar. The pre-game buffet is avaialble until the 4th inning, and is replaced by a dessert island in the 7th inning. Food is catered by Levy, and is very excellent. The game seating area is more aking to the Diamond Suites, and features climate controlled elements(windows can be opened or closed depending on the game day weather. Servers come to you and take orders froma separate menu. The sight lines are excellent(the one time press box is directly behind home plate, hence it’s original title for the club.) The only other seats that are better are the Scout Seats.(I’ve been in those too!) This is an excellent spot to enjoy a game. Would I go here for 81 games a year? No, but 1 – 2 times a year living like a fat cat is fun! BTW, Parking for this area is in LOT D, directly outside the park’s main entrance. And you get a free parking pass for every two tickets purchased.

The Jim Beam Club at Sox park is amazing! The Sox lost the game I attended, but the distraction of flowing whiskey and multiple food stations kept me on cloud 9. Unfortunately you can’t just buy an individual game ticket directly from the Sox. You need to purchase a plan, from 1 to 5 years, and cost ranges from $ 189-$ 205 per ticket. I was fortunate enough to attend as a gift. Would I dish out 200 bucks for the experience? Probably not. But would I still walk away happy? You betcha! The ticket price offers an all-inclusive buffet and open bar starting 2 hours before the game. You are allowed to linger after the game, but drinks cost extra at that point. Also features an inside seating area as well as outside cushion seating and prime view of home plate. And you may end of seeing Uncle Jerry with his plate of mac n’ cheese. Abundance of food pleases all palettes: crackers and gourmet cheeses, 3 different types of salads, roasted potatoes, veggie ravioli, broasted chicken, creamy mac n’ cheese, and carvery on hand. The menu does vary from day-to-day, but all food is provided by Levy. Dessert is available around the 5th inning: assorted brownies, cheesecake, and, make-your-own ice cream sundae station. Full liquor bar features beer on tap and of course Jim Beam. I opted for Maker’s Mark and ginger ale. Outdoor seating area also features ballpark menu including popcorn and nachos and signature mixed drinks(lemonade and bourbon — not bad!). It is quite the experience!
