Worst dentist experience ever. First off I had an 8:00 appointment. I arrived at 7:50 didn’t even get to see a dentist chair until 9:10. Apparently when you don’t have Medicaid or are on government assistance u aren’t a priority at this office. The staff was overall nice but Dr Orrington not so much. After waiting what seemed like forever the assistant calls my name. Then when I finally do get in the chair I don’t get any attention till 1000. I get x rayed they tell me the problems that I have. I inform them I am only here to get a tooth removed. After talking some more I am convinced to get more work done. They bring me my estimated bill and what do u know they maxed out my 2000 $ limit insurance while commenting on how good my insurance is. I inform them that I changed my mind and would just rather get a tooth removed (the initial reason why I came). Dr Orrington then comes in the room and asked what’s the highest level of education that I had and proceeded to insult my intelligence. I’m like whatever I have been here since 8 and it is now 1130 I’m just ready to get my tooth pulled and leave and never come back. And that’s exactly what I did. They say support your own but this dentist shack will never see another coin from me.
10÷30÷15 As you can see from the Drs reply it takes 3 hours to verify insurance. And he even had the nerve to contact me via phone to lecture me about my Unilocal review. Note how he brings up something that is irrelevant while never really addressing the main issues. Also offering me the services of another dentist after you already numbed me up and began to remove my tooth how thoughtful.

One star is too much to give them how about no stars. I had a 10:00 am appointment I got there around 9:50am. It took me 2 hours to see the doctor and all he did was check my teeth, no cleaning scraping no nothing. What a waste, and that’s not even the bad part, they charge a arm and a leg for 1 tooth. I’m NEVER going back there again. I’m currently looking for another dentist
