They committed fraud by selling me junk jewelry claiming it was «gold-​plated». Just as a precaution, I had to checked by a local trusted jeweler who informed me this was nothing but costume jewelry. They refused to refund me my money. The worst was the incessant lying. First I was told their policy was they couldn’t do any returns. When I told them I wasn’t going to exchange junk jewelry for more junk jewelry, then they said they couldn’t reverse credit card charges. I called my credit card company who was very helpful and even agreed to allow the owner to reverse the charges over the phone, but all of a sudden, now they didn’t want to reverse the charges — instead of telling the truth, they lied to the credit card company and said I was lying. It boils my blood just thinking about it… They even tried to lie again while I was on the phone with the credit card company and said they would pay me back in cash in installments. What total baqwas/​baloney. Eventually, the credit card company agreed to dispute the charge, and now I have to spend extra money to send it back by post since they refused to accept a return. These people are untrustworthy & dishonest; don’t get fooled by their looks.
