Jake did an amazing job photographing my wedding! I had a really small intimate wedding at the courthouse in Chicago. The atmosphere there is pretty drab, but Jake had some great ideas to make the pictures really fun! He was very attentive to all the guests and got wonderful pictures of everyone. He also brought a lot ideas and locations to the table– it’s clear he’s shot quite a few weddings in Chicago and knows the right spots. I highly recommend!

My fiancé and I hired Jake to do our engagement and wedding photos. We met with him first before making our decision and right away felt at ease with him. Jake is super nice, funny, creative, and just an all around great guy. I was a little nervous about what it would be like to have someone take pictures of us in that capacity but as soon as we met Jake for our engagement photos, I knew right away it was going to be fine and comfortable. It’s really important to feel comfortable with your photographer because if you aren’t, you will not look comfortable in your photos. Jake had amazing ideas for our engagement photo shoot and really cared about making us happy. We had a great time during our shoot and the photos turned out wonderfully. I cannot wait for our wedding photos. So far, Jake has exceeded our expectations in many ways and we are looking forward to seeing more of his work. I highly recommend him!

Jake’s been shooting corporate events for my Chicago-​based company for a few years. We are a boutique production company with an emphasis on live streaming events for very demanding clients. Jake just finished a huge project for a Shark Tank-​like competition for renewable energy entrepreneurs. The client really liked him and the photos came out almost too beautiful for a corporate event. He really captured the story, passion and energy of a room filled with 500 people set on changing the world with their breakthrough technology.
