J & J Elite Tattoos

I have been to a couple of other places in the city that have been deemed as «the best in Chicago.» however, I still hadn’t believed that I has been to the «best» tattoo parlor in Chicago… until I came here! Oz did my tat and was recommended by a friend who has gone 4 or 5 times already. Let me start out by saying that this man has such a soft hand. I got a foot tattoo which is supposedly one of the most painful. Not At all. He knew and could design exactly what I wanted quickly, and finished in less than an hour. Everything is very clean and sterile of course, and they are very friendly (which sometimes is hard to find in a tattoo parlor for some reason). Prices are VERY reasonable compared to other shops in the city. This was the best experience w a tat that I’ve ever had and will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
