InterPark Washington Wells Self Park – West Loop Garage

I am a residence in the building next by. The monthly parking is expensive even for the residents but I heard the management here is kind and nice so I moved my car. It turned out to be not true. In the month of September I got in an accident and my car was towed on the 20^th. The body shop told me I can pick my car in 10 business days. Afraid of the repairing taking longer, I asked the management on site whether I could credit half month rent to the next month if I got my car back later than Oct 15. She said yes so I ended up paying the October rent. I also called the management office and the person said he would do what he could if my car came back after 15^th. The repairing took longer than expected and the car was back on Oct 20. When I called the same person from the management office to ask for the credit, I got different answer. He said that there was no company policy to credit half month rent and I should have called the office to cancel the monthly service back in October, which he did not mentioned a word back then. I ended up paying parking when my car was not even there.
Interpark is almost a monopoly for parking business in the Loop. And with such convenient location I had to continue park there.
