One of the worst experience ever! the delivery took 2 hrs. No one from the restaurant even tried to call me or even apologize. The girl over the phone did not care about my order or anything. They never called me back to tell me why my order took that long. They are very rude over the phone and have no customer service skills. The food was cold and had no taste!!!

Just ordered a pan pizza and am beyond disappointed in this sorry excuse for pizza. It was hands down the worst pizza I have eaten in years, if you can call taking three bites eating. The crust of our pan pizza was like soup… flavorless, bland, gummy soup. The entire mess was so wet and gloppy it could hardly be called a pizza at all. The sauce had no flavor, the toppings were totally underwhelming, the crust was flat out inedible. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here.

Over the course of the past year I’ve wondered about this little pizza spot and been curious over their name of «Ino’s pizzeria». After having dined on one of their pizzas, I’m wondering whether their pizza maker got his training at Gino’s east or Lou Malnati’s. One would suspect, Gino’s just because of similarity in name. Then you take into perspective their crust and one seriously has to wonder which famous pizza joint did they get their ideas from ?? No matter, it’s a less costly option for good pizza that doesn’t require the bake time of deep dish pizza. Per reviews and that by David R., I decided on a pan pizza. You can see photos for what I got.(Okay, I ordered what I would deem a «night killer», sausage, onions and garlic. No plans to hit the bars later and a party of one the rest of the night.) And although I often review negatively about ordering food from a business that is close to closing time, these guys surprised me with very, tasty, stuff. The only hiccup was with the texture of the crust. If the pie had sat in the oven another ten minutes, or I’d ordered a «well done» pie, I think it would have been perfect. At that moment it was like any pie I’ve(ever) ordered from Lou Malnati’s, a little soggy. I carried out, so after getting home I allowed a few slices to sit a bit on a warm, cast iron skillet. …It was perfect then. I’d also ordered some buffalo wings which were obviously fried from frozen and those, couldn’t be helped.(Chicken wings prepared with fresh meat, trump the frozen stuff) If in the area, I’d definitely get another pie and or, try a few other menu items.

Ino’s food is really good. I order thin crust pizza with bacon, onions and giardinara and it can’t be beat(if you order on Grubhub, they don’t offer a choice for regular bacon for the pizza, but I select Canadian bacon and then call and let them know that I want regular bacon — they always get it right). I’m going to suggest that they add this combination as a specialty on the menu. Somehow, the guardrail they use is fresher than any I’ve tasted — crunchy and spicy. The delivery arrives so hot that I have to let it cool a bit to eat it. My other favorite is their Primavera Calzone. Phenomenal! Their salads are really good too — especially the Avocado ClubFinally, if you order anything that comes with a salad, their side salad is good on its own — lots of veggies in it.

I have walked into this establishment on two separate occasions, only to be ignored by 2 idiotic teenagers working behind the counter. Apparently the conversation they were having with each other was much more important than acknowledging a customer & taking their order. During my last visit, after waiting a few minutes at the counter to place my order & having these same two teenagers continue their conversation & not even say«Hello, we’ll be right with you», I walked out & left. To the clueless business owner of this restaurant, you really need to teach your staff about customer service! Your pizza is good & you are conveniently located in my neighborhood, but I can get better pizza somewhere else. And thanks to your rude employees, I will not be returning to your restaurant or ordering from you again & have told everyone that I know to do the same. Learn how to run a business.

Just tried Ino’s for the first time tonight. We opted for the pan pizza, but the crust wasn’t quite as thick as what I was expecting. I would consider the thickness to very average. I guess Pequods, Noble Roman’s and even Pizza Hut(shudder) comes to mind when I think of pan pizza, but it’s not like any of those. We got banana peppers and garlic for toppings. The banana peppers were stronger than any other banana pepper I’ve ever tasted… a little strange, yes, but not necessarily off-putting. I just wasn’t that impressed. But for $ 16, I guess I can’t complain too much.

I love this place, I have yet to be disappointed in their pizza and wings, everyone I’ve had over has complemented how good the pizza is, and it’s supporting a local restaurant too! Delivery is quick.

Thin pan pizza, buttery ish crust, hot, fast delivery, AND pricing that is OUT of this WORLD! Pick your favorite compliment, they all work for this place. INO’s has quickly become one of my favorite pizza places and delivery spots. Ino’s so happy to meet you!

I ordered their pan pizza for delivery for the first time because I was feeling like something new, and the reviews seemed pretty good for it. It was very disappointing… The pizza arrived sorta room temp, so maybe it’s better hot, but it didn’t have enough sauce and the pizza as a whole tasted mostly like slightly burnt super dry bread, which is what the pizza mostly was. I also got the cheese garlic bread, mostly because I needed to hit the delivery minimum. Also fairly bland. Also arrived cold. Not the worst cheese garlic bread, but I wont order it again. I’m kinda wishing I had tried the thin crust because really, the pan just wasn’t very good. Giving it 2 stars because the delivery was on time, and if I needed a fairly cheap pizza, I guess this would be ok… It’s better than Dominos. Not sure that says much.

Great thin crust pizza, great Italian beef. Grubhub gave an hour for estimated delivery. Food came in 30. Will definitely order from again. The specials were really good as well.

A friend raved about their deep dish. We gave it a try. Apparently the friend is a idiot. Pizza was a mess, mozz was rubbery cheap stuff. No flavor. Pieces of sausage had grissel in it. Picked up the pie. Place wasn’t cleanest. Surprised they still in business. I’d rather eat Dominos.

I ordered a large sausage thin crust pizza for delivery and it not only was delivered on time, but was delicious. I am now a fan of Ino’s Pizzeria.

Great service. Good pizza. We really enjoyed visiting this local Chicago eatery. It was our first and only taste of «Chicago» style pizza, so I can not compare it to others. I can only say that we enjoyed ourselves there. Not a lot of dine in space though

Sometimes when the pizza monster calls, I answer. Sometimes the pizza monster wants pan pizza. I’m convinced that Ino’s has some of the best traditional pan pizza around. Now… it’s not like Pequods type pan pizza. It’s like that old school Pizza Hut pan pizza you remember from your childhood… only WAY better. Ino’s somehow manages to provide you with a thicker crust pizza that’s not outrageously doughy that also isn’t a greasy mess as is the main deterrent from pan pizza. It’s an excellent balance of cheese, dough, sauce and toppings. And the bottom of the crust is nice and sturdy. Mama like. Goooooooo Ino’s!

I’ve ordered from every 4 or higher star Pizza place on Unilocal that is also on grubhub. This has been the worst. The crust was rubbery and the sauce was way too sweet. Not to mention the price is silly as is the minimum delivery. Save yourself the hassle of crap quality get Pizza from the only place on Unilocal with 4.5 stars around rogers park. Edit: I put the leftovers in the oven which somehow managed to take it from a 2 to a 3 star quality pizza. Weird.

Great Chicago Style Thin Crust Pizza! A coworker ordered from here because they deliver to our work. He never had it before. But when it arrived, it looked & smelled great! And when he offered me a couple slices, I was immediately impressed by how great it tasted for a local pizza joint I never heard of. We shared a whole a pizza the next day and once again, great quality, great taste, great texture, great aroma and a great price. I’m not crazy about the name, but I am crazy about the pizza. I drove by this place a several times and actually ignored it because at a glimpse, I wasn’t sure what the name said or if they sold fast food pizza or GOOD pizza. I’m glad my coworker took a chance on Ino’s because it’s always good to have extra dinner options. I’m a big pizza fan and when friends from work tell me where they live, I can almost always tell them where to get good pizza in their neighborhood. And NOW, I can tell them about one more pizza place in MY hood, Ino’s Pizzeria.

If Ino’s does not make the best pan pizza on the north side, then they come very very close. Their pie is consistently excellent. Now they are on Grubhub, so ordering delivery(or pickup) has become that much more convenient. Fast too – our recent delivery estimate was 65 – 75 minutes but they arrived in 45. There was a coupon for a free item with a $ 20 order; I chose the onion rings and was not disappointed. House salad and garlic bread are a-okay, but not as impressive as the pizza. Consistently excellent pizza, a great calzone, fast and friendly delivery, and solid value add up to five stars in my book.

Best pan pizza I’ve tried so far. I’ve tried both thin crust and pan. They have a great selection of food, salads, pasta, wings, BBQ ribs, pizza(pan, stuffed, and thin crust). My favorite is the pan Hawaiian. As far as wings you should try the house special sauce my favorite. YUM! Service is great, staff is very friendly. I’ve never experience any issues or problems. The prices are great compare to some other places. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

We’ve had 2 different pizzas delivered over the past month or so. Both were quite good. Mom particularly liked the thin crust vegetarian pie and so did I. We also tried the salad. It was very nice with a zesty flavorful dressing. One day soon, we will eat in the restaurant to check it out, but till then, I feel I can certainly recommend their pizza delivery.
