I really enjoy Improv Kitchen. It is a fun experience and a great concept. Every time I have gone, the comedy has been top notch, even when there were kids at another table and they had to keep it rated PG. The food is good, not 5 star but not sub-par either. Improv Kitchen is perfect for a night out with friends for a meal and some good comedy. Make sure to make a reservation though since seating is limited.

this place is fun, i mean you can expect to be rolling over laughing the entire time, but the set up was very nice and intimate. but the food was pretty awful. i would expect to pay more because you’re paying for the entertainment, but a mcdonalds cheeseburger would have tasted better. it likes their george foreman grill broke. yeah like i said, fun atmosphere, but not going back cause the food sucked.

I went here for Ali A’s bday about a year ago cause we thought it would be fun to do something different. It was awful– the improv just wasn’t funny and the food could not have been any worse.

Too bad I can’t give this place zero stars. I called ahead to book my friend’s bachelorette party there, It sounded like a cool idea at the time. I was told to e-mail them pictures and tidbits about the bride-to-be and they would work them into the show. I was assured we would have a great time and that they did bachelor/ette parties frequently… Well, when we got there the place was basically dead, we had to squeeze into the booth(although they knew we’d have a party of 6), the 5 burgers we ordered were all really burnt(and a server never came to check on us), the comedy was incredibly lame, and the last straw was that they never used any of the bride’s info we sent them. We were incredibly disappointed. I spoke with the manager/owner who more or less said, «What’s the problem? You had good food and a good show»(Maybe he didn’t notice the audience’s forced laughter in between the akward silences). When I asked him about the pictures I had e-mailed, he figured out he had them labeled for a different showtime. He never once apologized or tried to rectify the situation. What I was most upset about is that over the phone(and I called twice) they sold me on the concept of having a somewhat personalized show(using the info we sent). Our party spent the whole time waiting for the«personalization.» It never happened, so what was the point of going to Improv Kitchen when(the funnier and cheaper) Improv Olympic is just down the street? So let’s recap: The food was mediocre, the show was stale, and the service was awful! If you’re looking for comedy and dinner, save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I can see how this could be funny, but it wasn’t. I think the concept is fantastic, but the execution needs some work. Not very funny. Top it off with greasy food and it’s not worth it.

Great concept, good fun, great atmosphere. Elongated woodenfloors that lead you to your private booth equipped with Big Screen tvs and intercoms. Exotic selection of entrees and appetizers that seem grab your attention with with ease, leads you in to this fun packed night. Sit back enjoy a good evening. Also call ahead of time if you have a specail event, theyll incorporate that in your evening at the Improv.

I went here about a year ago and I was not impressed. I found the comedy to be stupid and the food to be very average. It was pretty pricey for what it was and did not think it was worth going to.

Don’t let the«concept» of this experience fool you. While we had a blast with the interactive part of the experience, the food is definitely worth the trip! When Improv Kitchen first open, the chef came out and greeted everyone, and asked their opinions. We had nothing but great things to say! It’s a little pricey for a «casual» night out, but definitely the food is worth the price! They also have a great wine list. I try to go at least 4 times a year to break up the monotony of dining out!

This is such a fun experience — there are tv screens at the table and it’s interactive — last time I went, someone proposed to his girlfriend there. The girls were funny and the food was good/wine was even better.
