Completely agree with Randy — the dr I saw was great! Too bad I had to spend almost 4 hours for what should have taken 1 or at most 2 hours. They said they had some emergencies that morning, but when I asked why they didn’t call patients to let them know the dr was delayed by 2 hours, the receptionist had no answer, just looked at me blank faced. Frankly if they had told me when I arrived he was that far behind I would’ve rescheduled. But they won’t give you a straight answer when you ask how long the dr’s delay is. Regular patients said its always bad, always a long wait, but that day was exceptionally bad.

I got say I have been coming to see Dr Mathew McCumber MD PhD for about nine months. I have a problem with my eye and he has been treating me. Office looks its age but is maintained well. Staff is friendly and kind. The techs are also very nice and friendly. The doctors over all have a great bed side manor and are very knowledgable about eye care. Over all a pretty good experience and I would highly recommend seeing Dr McCumber and his staff here.
