Identity Irish Dance Company

I have seen a lot of Irish Dance groups in my years living in Chicago but Identity is definitely one of the best. I have seen them at the Irish American Heritage Center dancing for fundraisers, St. Patrick’s Day, and their Irish Fest in the summer. I have even seen them at a couple bars around town for St. Patrick’s Day and even a lot of street fests. They are always fun to watch and are very good at engaging the crowd. I have even seen them do mini-​lessons with kids if there are a bunch of them about. A friend of mine talked with them and apparently they are all championship level dancers and do weddings and birthday parties. If you are every around a fest or a bar that is having them dance I would highly recommend sticking around.

I watched these ladies perform once at the Irish American Heritage Center and I thought they were wonderful. They were engaging the crowd and really looked like they were having a great time performing. I would love to see them again and recommend taking the time to go see them dance. I was impressed!
