Dr Ice is located in Gairfield Park off the Lake CTA. I took him our high end Italian espresso machine that seem to have a boiler failure. He called the next day authorizing parts and I picked the machine a week later. He deep cleaned, de calcified and replaced the brew unit washer. A year later the machine runs perfectly. The fee was 60 $ plus parts! Amazing! I am taking a friend’s machine in tomorrow. Dr Ice rocks!

I called ICE DR because my espresso machine wasn’t working properly. They were able to solve my problem (too fine grind) within a couple minutes over the phone saving me time and $$. Much appreciated! If I do have any other problem with my machine, ICE DR will get my business.
