First time I came here was fine I didn’t have to wait too long. Today, well lets just say it’s not the case. I have been here since 11AM signed up because the doctor was supposed to arrive an hour ago, at 12PM. I have paid twice for the parking meter and will most likely have to go pay a third freakin’ time, which I’m positive Dr. Hernan Reyes is not going to refund for the wait. If you have a child that is sick take them to the E.R. and don’t wait hours here. The Dr is not punctual and has a line of people waiting no one knows what time he will be in. All patients are told is to wait that he should arrive any minute. Hopefully I won’t ever need to come here again. Don’t waste an entire day waiting for a lazy Dr that has his patients waiting and waiting as if his services were free. His consultations are not worh the $ 50 he charges, for the amount of time you have to be waiting for him to arrive.

This place is terrible! Doctor Hernan is never on time! Place opens at 8:00 am and they take appointments but Dr. Hernan never shows up till after 9. He always has a line of people waiting and all they tell you is he’s coming to keep you waiting! I’ve waited up to 3 hours and kept coming because of location convenience but will travel farther to not have to wait so long for a professional who is never punctual. Save your money and your time by going to a practitioner who actually cares about people’s time and health.
