This is the go to shop if you live on the northwest side. Family owned which is a plus. Customer service is beyond amazing. I purchased an engagement ring from here last year. Jon helped me out a lot with my purchase. I told him my price range and he brought in a couple of diamonds for me to look at. Picked out a diamond and was ready to pick up within weeks. A few months later, a small accent diamond was lost and was replaced at no charge. You cannot a better shop with this type of customer service. Will be going back next year for wedding bands.

Henry Paul Company (Henry and his son, Jon) has been my only jeweler for the past 10+ years. They are a smaller shop, so their pricing is very fair and competitive in comparison to some of the larger, more commercial companies out there.
They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of jewelry and accessories, including gold, diamonds, other rare-​earth materials, settings, repairs, watches, etc.
It is an ethical shop with strong values, prompt response, and professional. Go here first, before going anywhere else.

I live very close to this shop and needed my Mont Blanc watch repaired. I spoke with John and he helped me. He fixed the smaller dial, added a battery, and a strap. I walked out with a watch looking and performing like new. It was beautiful. Very happy with the service, and will be going back. Hours are a little odd so check the times, or call. Nice family business.
