Before buying our first condo, I sent automated emails through Zillow to several different agents. For many, I got generic responses and added to their spam email lists (no, I don’t want to see all your hot new properties I didn’t ask about). For others, I didn’t get any kind of response.
Hayley, on the other hand, contacted me personally. She was very friendly without being aggressive or pushy. We decided to use her services to find our first condo.
Throughout the entire process, Hayley was helpful, friendly, and personable. She is always quick to reply to texts, emails or phone calls. She really understood our needs and worked hard to find a place we’d love.
She really shined after we found our perfect place. Hayley set up multiple showings and answered all our questions. We didn’t even meet the selling agent until our final walkthrough. When it came time to make an offer, Hayley was a fierce negotiator and got us a great deal!
All in all, Hayley was a perfect agent for my wife and I. We never felt pressured nor did we feel like we were ever inconveniencing her.
We felt like her only client because she was so helpful.
I will definitely recommend Hayley to my friends and will hopefully use her services again someday (in the far future when we’re ready to move again).

Hayley was seriously a godsend and I would recommend her a million times over! This was not our first time purchasing a home, and she was definitely not the first realtor we’ve worked with. However, she topped them all. We came in to this thinking we would wait about 6 months before actually purchasing a home, but actually ended up finding one we loved with in 2 weeks. But, the home we lived in was not even listed yet– it also was not in the greatest area. Regardless, in order to get this new home, we had to sell our home almost immediately. Other homes on our exact same block had been on the market for 8 months all the way up to 2 years! Needless to say, we weren’t very confident. But, Hayley helped us stage our home and prep it for a sale. She also had professional photographers come and take listing photos. She listed and sold our home (with multiple offers) within a week!!! Then that offer fell through and she found another buyer 3 days later! It was insane. Because of that we were able to purchase the new home on the same day we sold our other home. There was a lot of craziness in between the listing and closings, which was all out of our control, but she handled everything like a pro and helped keep me sane. She knows what she’s doing and knows the business, plus she can refer you to so many people from attorneys, to lenders, to handy men, and even movers. She was definitely a pleasure to work with and if you are searching for a realtor, trust me when I tell you she’s the one!
