THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PATIENT’S TIME!!!
I selected this doctor from my insurance plan with a desire to support businesses who (may) also have a stake in the stability of the communities served. I went to the 47^th St. location (dba Ivory Dental) and although the staff was friendly, I absolutely abhorred the regard for my time.
I had a 9:30 appointment, which I called at 9:20 to notify them that I might be 10 min. late. ‘No problem! We’ll see you when you get here,’ I was told. I actually arrived at about 9:34 and filled out my paperwork which was completed by approx. 9:40. It took until about 10:05 before I said something. I was hoping to run a quick errand down the street from the location and be back by the time I would be called. I was told that I would be up next. It wasn’t until about 10:25 that I was called for my services. I then waited for the assistant to go in and out of the room several times before she eventually took my xrays which was completed at about 10:45.
After waiting again, for this assistant to go in and out of the room several times without giving me any mention of the delay, an apology or insight on the reason it was taking me so long to be serviced, I eventually grabbed my coat to walk out at 11:08. It was only upon walking out that another rep called behind me as I walked down the street to let him know that I could not wait any longer and I had to go to work.
Friendly customer service, terrible time management.

Dr. Griffin and her staff are fantastic. Both of my daughters have braces from Dr. Griffin. She is less expensive than most and you don’t ever feel like you’re entering a «braces factory» like a lot of other practices. Our regular dentIst has commented on what a great job the ortho has done with our daughters’ teeth.

Very professional, reasonably priced payment plans. Very eclectic environment and clientele. Modern, comfortable feel. Staff is very knowledgable and accommodating

I brought my teenage daughter in to get braces. She is now in College and during home visits, she comes in for her adjustments. For patients like this who can’t come in regularly, Dr Griffin uses a different wire that has proven to withstand the time between appointments. I have noticed a huge improvement in my daughters alignment and my daughter is very pleased too.
I also brought my 7 year old daughter in for an evaluation and Dr Griffin stated that we should wait a year before we consider putting on brackets. I appreciate the honesty.
Price for 22 months of braces seem to be slightly less than other practitioners we consulted with. We are happy we chose GO!

Let me first say I am so in love with my results, I can’t stop smiling. I had my braces on for 2 years, and could never be more happy than I am. Dr. Griffin and team are so patient, professional, and always provided exceptional customer service. They were very accommodating if I needed emergency appointments, and all ways took care of me. Dr. Griffin gives outstanding service and a perfect smile. I’m very happy I choose Griffin Orthodontics!!!

I had braces put on my teeth by Dr. Griffin about 2 years ago and I just had them removed this week. I will say that not only did she perform a excellent job on my braces, but she helped correct some issues that a previous dentist had created. She is very patient and ALWAYS looks out for her patients well being! Awesome! I did not experience any issues with my braces and her office was always available to help if needed.
