I’m from Buffalo, NY-so I KNOW pizza. And when I travel, I’m always apprehensive to eat pizza because no one does it like home. My buddy told me I HAVE to try this stuffed pizza monstrosity. I bitched. I argued my case. He persisted. I gave in. Wow. Omg. YESYESYES!!. This was BETTER. The copious amounts of cheese, the sweet tang of the sauce, the spice of the pepperoni. I waited a little bit to write this review and I’m still thinking about this pizza. Guys, I think it’s love. Oh, the waitress was super nice, the place was clean, yadda yadda. THEPIZZA!!!

AMAZING food, pretty good service and friendly. I like that I always see the same staff for the most part and they recognize me and always greet and make small talk with me, their food is to die for and like I said before this one is a great location so I definitely recommend coming to this location if you’re in the area!

Thank you for delivering to us an hour before closing :). The food was excellent. The gluten free pizza is the best. Delivery was fast and the food was hot, not like some places where you receive a cold pizza.

Came in on a Sunday evening and was incredibly disappointed by the wait time and the service we had. Took over an hour to receive our pizza. I understand that we had ordered a deep dish pizza and that usually takes a significant time to make. But, that was just ridiculous! Also, we ordered a PITCHER of pop. And the server came back with only less than half of it filled. Gave us four cups of water… But no cups for the pop. Little confused how she expected us to drink both. Server didn’t come back until a half hour later and just used our water cups for the pop. I wouldn’t dine there again.

I found a hair in my pizza and I’m bald it was a long hair also the manager didn’t want to get on the phone and offer me 7 $ off. After the time before they delivered an hour and a half later when they told me 45-hour I live 3 minutes away horrible service never again

My wife decided to get a head shaped pizza for v-day. At 7 pm the order is place and she was told an hours wait. I was out at my parent’s house and would pick up the pizza. I show up at 8 pm and pay and I am told that it would be right out. I sit waiting, patiently, for almost an entire additional hour for my pizza. The cashier tells me another two minutes. Frustrated, I wait and after about five minute when the manager comes and says he can’t locate my pizza, would I like a sausage with mushrooms. My wife doesn’t like mushrooms and makes a disgusted face when I eat them. So I tell him I want the pizza that I ordered and want my money back. At this point a cook from the back with a smile asks how long did I wait? Which is simply infuriating, because clearly this is a joke to the people that are suppose to be in a service industry. The manager makes a last half-hearted attempt to replace the pizza, but at this point there is no fixing it his. The hosts/cashiers/phone order takers don’t really care. The time I spent waiting I could over hear the conversations on the phone and other people have been waiting for there orders to be delivered for over two(2) hours. The last time I ate giordanos it wasn’t anything special. This restaurant is close to my house so it’s convenient. The pizza is certainly not worth a two hour plus wait. After leaving this place, I placed an order with Pete’s Pzza #2 and got a heart shaped pizza. I remember the last I had giordanos, and it’s ok pizza, but this giordanos needs to be avoided like you’ll catch West Nile virus or zika virus. The customer service is horrible.

Maravilhoso! Super recomendo.

No plans to patronize ever again. This location must not realize the pizza competition in Chicago! Lou Malnati’s will be opening soon(Irving/Keeler). The delivery service has been terrible each time. It is SLOW(1 hour) regardless of what you order, which lastnight was a thin crust pizza and 1 order of wings. The food is nearly room temperature when you get it, and we have also had sauce and cheese that was clearly days old. Lastnight, the driver brought the pizza, forgot the wings. Admitted he forgot, then still asked for the FULL cash payment with no promise of delivery time of the wings. We refused the pizza. NOCALLFROMTHEMANAGER/OWNER??? NOAPOLOGIES. I wasn’t expecting free food. I was hoping for a quick remake of the pizza and the wings. But no one ever called, and that was the final straw. You’ve been officially briefed. Keep your expectations low.

They must be trying to cut costs at this location. $ 27.00 for a large stuffed spinach and it was all dough. Very disappointed.

If you go here for carryout be prepared to wait when you get there. Every time I order from here I am quoted a time it will be ready only to arrive at the restaurant and wait. If they asked me to wait 5 mins that would be fine, but 20 mins is just not acceptable! At least give me a courtesy call if you are running behind! After complaining to the incompetent employees I was given a half ass apology.

Staff was great, waitress was attentive, pizza was amazing, and the price was fair! It was my first time at a Giordano’s, and I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

If you want to wait for 2 salads for 1hour then this place is what you need. And plus staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Manager couldn’t even say hi. I don’t suggest this place.

This use to be my go to spot for pizza. Me and my family would look forward to friday and order a stuff pizza and a thin one for the kids and fries and any other appetizers we could think of, we would spend about 60 to 80 dollars weekly on this place and the food was delicious. Well that came all to an end over the last few years due to horrible service delivery and dining in. We always put up with the bad service but after a while enough was enough. The delivery drivers would come drunk sometimes, banging on our door and saying why were we taking so long. The girls on the phone would be busy and rush you thru your order over the phone and ofcourse you would get the wrong order. I would call back to tell them and it would be nothing but bad attitudes. You dine in and they would be all bunched up at table having lunch or something and would take forever to attend you. This is all a product of the owner or manager there. He has a bad attitude and does not care about his costumers because this has been goin on for years and you can read other reviews and go see for yourself. I really did enjoy the food there and I refuse to give this place another dime until they get new management.

Well the only reason it did not get 5 stars was cause of the unfriendly woman over phone telling me I can not place a order 1 hr before closing cause they were planning to go home early with so I had to take thin crust… Like really I’m going to call the best deep dish pizza company and order thin crust… agh no!!! I insisted and spoke to a very friendly man called Dino He placed the order for me and had it ready in 45 minutes Both my cousin and brother must agree with me that it was one hella of a pizza it was perfect Crust was warm and just perfect The cheese was melting to perfection By far one of the best deep dish I have had from giordanos

I love this place. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, and it’s always had the best deep dish pizza around! I usually get cheese and spinach deep dish which is absolutely delicious. The tomato sauce is perfect and the cheese is amazing. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I occasionally get a thin crust to, which is also cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cheese. I will probably order from here for the rest of my life!

Had a really good experience at this giordanos location. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly and they waited on us very well. We stopped in on a Sunday evening with a party of 15 people and ordered a few deep dish spinach pizzas which were delicious. We also brought our own beer and wine which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this giordanos location to anyone looking to have a family dinner and enjoy good food. My hats off to management and the staff for the great hospitality. Hope to return soon!!!

The line wait was 30−45mins. We(boyfriend and I) went on valentines day and when we were finally seated the people who got seated after us got waited on first. Then we ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic Parmesan fries, and wings 5 buffalo and 5 barbeque. The pizza, let’s face it if you do actually live in Chicago then you know that this ISN’T Chicago’s best at all but it is eatable but those fires are a must have when you go there and there wings are super crispy and drenched in sauce mmmm finger-licking good for sure! But on there on-line menu they have something called the leaning tower that I was so egger to order when I got there but then they told me that it wasn’t available! Which I didn’t understand because there online menu was updated specifically for 2015 for that specific Giordano’s! Overall okay.

I get here 11:58 pm and they have the open neon sign on and doors locked. I call and speak to the manager he says sorry we are closed we close at 12am. In a ver snotty way. Very rude and un professional. If you close early then state it on the door as to why. Also turn off the big neon sign that says open. As a small business owner myself I can’t understand why they would have management team like that.

This location USED to be consistent. It’s a chain, it should be! It was my go to deep dish for out of town guests. However, two out of the last three times we’ve placed an order, it has been screwed up. Perhaps the person taking the order needs to work on their listening skills. The first time, we ordered the baked ravioli appetizer, only to receive the regular ravioli entrée. We just ate the incorrect item. It wasn’t worth the wait for it to be fixed. The second time, we ordered specifically chicken sausage(due to a dietary restriction for no pork) and we received chicken AND sausage. When we called to complain, after being placed on hold for quite some time, they offered to refund our money, but that left us without an edible pizza. The man on the phone didn’t seem to see that eating pork might be a problem for some. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza would take 45 minutes. In the same order, we asked for a Skinny Margarita Pizza. I can see why it’s considered«skinny», there was hardly any cheese on it. I actually added cheese to the pizza from my fridge just to make it seem less like tomato spread on a cracker. The skinny pizza was placed in the oven to warm, because it’s rude to eat in front of someone not eating. It was dry and old instead of hot and fresh, after all, it was 2 hours old upon consumption. Big sad face for our orders. I’m sure my husband will stubbornly order pizza from Giordano’s again, but honestly, I’m not sure why.

On the brink of bankruptcy, you would think all Giordano’s restaurants would try to step up their game. Not here… why? the wait staff. We had been craving pizza all day — we could have gone ANYWHERE, we chose Giordano’s — first one we hit — parking lot was full — so we left. We decided to go somewhere else, then we stumbled on this location, we decided to go in — got great parking, and the place was pretty empty at about 9:30p on Saturday. We get seated — that was our experience at this location — our ass got to sit in their booth… no one ever came back to check on us — no water, no nothing. One of the wait staff literally looked right at me(us), walked right by, went to the other tables to see how they were doing then she disappeared. We walked the hell out of there and as we are walking out — no one even noticed, even as we passed by 3 wait staff who were sitting there just gossiping. We went to DANTE’S PIZZAONARMITAGEAVE for some great pizza. Good luck to you Giordano’s — you will need it to remain open with this type of horrible service.
