All I have to say about this place is if you’re not a 90 year old woman, this grungy pale pink place isn’t for you. The service isn’t that bad but its just out of date and old. The owner, Laura is CRAZY… and not in a good way either!!! Parking is awful as well…

Laura and her employees are amazing. Ewa gives the best wax in the city! Laura’s facials are amazing and Mary’s manicures and pedicures are like none other! Once you’ve had a wax here, you can’t turn back. Nothing compares!

I have been going there for a year now, a friend of mine recommended Ewa and she has been great so far. They use a different wax, the thick one you put on and wait to dry and then pull and I have to say it’s a lot better than the usual one. I have been waxing since I was 16 and only after 10 years i discovered this kind of wax and i have to say I’m not going back. Leaving the wax sitting on you skin for a few minutes until it dries, makes your pores open up and it’s a lot easier to pull the hairs out without breaking them. i don’t have ingrown hairs anymore and it lasts longer.
