I read the one bad review, so originally I wasn’t gonna come here. But after the gamestop on 55th n wentworth didn’t have what I was looking for, the manager told me the gamestop on 69th did. Well being that it was 10:30 on a Tuesday morning, when I got there, there was only one other customer there. But only one employee. They did have the game and the customer service was just fine in my opinion, this this 4 star review.

No stars for this place(but since they make you do it, just one)! Apparently, the people here don’t know what customer service means. I went here with my daughter and one of her friends to trade some games. I walk in and after not being greeted at all, I am ignored for several minutes by a guy who actually turned out to be a manager. The store was empty(surprise surprise) but from the look on the guy’s face, you would think that he had been humping all day and just couldn’t take serving another customer. He didn’t even talk to me until another employee came from the back and tried to be somewhat helpful. Question: how do you work somewhere and not know what your policies are? Not good. So I ask someone else. The manager says«don’t answer that because she already got an answer». Hmmm, an incorrect answer and an answer of I don’t know don’t count as answers, at least they don’t suffice for me. He was so very, very rude. The service was just bad for no reason. Okay I’m just exhausted from the experience and I don’t want to expound any further but trust me, don’t go!!!
