I was extremely disappointed with their service. While they are quick to ask for a big retainer, they are not at all available when you need them. I was promised to have a project completed at a certain date and it never happened. After repeated phone calls to my designer and no response, I then called a supervisor as well as Susan herself. Not one person returned my calls. I eventually received a wimpy project plan with no follow up at all. While their presentations and pictures are very professional, their level of customer communication is horrible! They ask for big money up front and justify spending it quickly. BEWARE!!!

I Love Susan Fredman! I always walked by this hidden gem on Erie and a sign in the window that read «All you need is love» caught my eye. I finally found the time to pop in and fell in love with all of the unique home décor they carry. They informed me that they do registries too. So when ti came time to register for my wedding I selected several great piece along with beautiful casual china. Michelle, the retail specialist, was very helpful and I enjoyed working with her in setting up my registry.

Undoubtedly, they were very pleasant while spending our money. Unfortunately many of the recommendations didn’t work, were mis-​measured, obscenely expensive and months late. Bad suggestions for granite, tile, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and mis-​measured cabinets. As far as backing up their work. Not a chance. Their solution to unhappy customers is to ignore phone calls and emails. Stay away!

Fabulous finds, this place has the most perfect gifts for any kind of party. The people were super nice and if you are looking for something to go in your home the designers from the firm are always wandering around and are happy to help! One even asked me about my house and helped me pick out a pillow, something so small but it looks fabulous and I like knowing that a designer helped pick it out!
