Frank & Oak

I purchased one of F&O’s dope shirts online and was very pleased with it but ordered a large… definitely needed a medium once it arrived. Visited their store in Wicker Park, and the guy who helped me was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. (Lets be friends dude!) He helped me return it in-​store, gave me the deets on how to order a new one online (it literally took 5 mins after I left) and it is being shipped to me today! Will be back for sure.

I wasn’t familiar with Frank & Oak as an online store prior to wandering in here. I was simply looking for a decently nice dress shirt for my wedding. The sales associates here were really friendly and super patient as I tried multiple combinations– despite my relative ignorance about clothes in general and the fact that their prices are so reasonable. They really represented their brand well.

Was very excited to see they were opening a store front here in Chicago since I have been a member since their site launched. This location is great, sales staff is very helpful, the clothes are great in style and price for the area.
I went in a few days ago and they had just gotten in a shipment of new stuff for the season and the staff tore through unopened boxes to find styles they thought I would like based on what I was already looking at. Also love that that I can place an order on line and pick it up at store at my convenience.

I was pretty excited to hear that a Frank & Oak store was going up in the neighborhood. I’ve been a customer with the company online for a couple years, and live in Wicker Park within walking distance from the store.
Before I was able to go to the store, my wife surprised me with a birthday present – a shirt, from Frank & Oak. After I received the gift, I had to return it to get a different size, but they didn’t have the size.
After scanning the store at not seeing anything else I wanted right away, we went to the counter for a refund. Turns out, there are NO refunds other than for store credit. Very strange.
While the store, product, and space are all great – it is extremely disappointing, in a era where customer service is just as important (if not, even more important) than the product itself, that Frank & Oak wouldn’t do a simple service of supplying their customers with a refund. Hopefully this changes soon.
