Some years ago, I was an intern at FitCode and I had a really great experience. Everyone I watched had tons of knowledge to share. Sometimes in this profession, trainers like to keep things to themselves, but that wasn’t the case here. I had a great time here and appreciate the opportunity.

I was needing something new and found FitCode on Facebook. Went to an orientation & joined the same day. I am so glad I did. The coaches are wonderful. Knowledgable. Helpful. I have found no one in this entire organization who is not warm, friendly and educated on fitness, nutrition and motivating the common folk. The workouts are challenging but you get strong quick! I feel like a new person. Eating better. Lighter. Tighter. I could never have done this on my own. I am so grateful to my FitCode people! Bring it !!!

I just completed my 1st15n6 challenge(lose 15lbs in 6 weeks) and I can definitely say I see a change in me. I for the first time in my life was setting an alarm to get out of bed at 0515 hours, yes 0515 hours to work out… Who the hell am I? I really enjoyed the workouts, the camaraderie, and the staff was always there to help you, push you and just share a smile. I did not make it to the goal, so I have re-enrolled for the 15 in 6 part duex. So why did I not make goal(you may be thinking)? Despite working out 25 times in those 6 weeks, I personally did not get on board with the eating program. I allowed a week long Michigan vacation and multiple parties for weddings & graduations to get in my way. Or even better said, «I did not Follow The Darn Instructions.» With this particular challenge there is an eating plan that comes along with it(list of foods you can eat & a schedule), though slightly vague, a week or two of sample menus could be helpful for those that struggle with meal planning. Thankfully there is are Pinterest boards to help with ideas. So bring on Challenge No. 2 and lets see what I can really do! Results aren’t handed out, they are earned. Fit Code has definitely been a turning point in my life. The desire to move forward and get stronger & get healthier is well worth it! Bring it!!!

Tomorrow I will complete the 15 in 6 week challenge. My sister did a challenge prior to me and seeing her results and motivation was inspiring. I’m truly thankful for Fit Code and all that it offers. The workouts were great and the trainers were very helpful and motivating. The nutrition part was more challenging but with time I’ve been able to integrate healthier meals and will continue. I definitely will continue to recommend Fit Code.

I just completed a 15n6 boot camp and I really enjoyed it. I joined more because of the routines and small group support than to actually lose 15lbs. If you want to build your endurance, be expertly guided, be encouraged, and can«follow the darn instructions»(FTDI as the team says), then this is a good option for you. You will see more than just your weight drop. :-)) The food restrictions are most challenging but again if you follow directions, you will be successful. Go for it… You’ve got weight to lose!!!

This was my first 15n6 challenge at fit code and it works well for me. The trainers were great and the workout routine was never the same. I would recommend this Bootcamp to others.

I just did round two in the 15 in 6 challenge and lost another 15 plus pounds! A total loss of 38.5 from this challenge! I love the accountability and the support these challenges offer! The program really helps you get to that higher level. Making what you once thought impossible very possible!

I love Fit Code — I started with a groupon back in April 2014 and am still going daily. It’s not just a workout place, it’s a place that can help you overhaul your entire lifestyle into a healthier one. From Lean Jeans to the 15 in 6 challenges, the entire team that works there is super knowledgeable, supportive and helpful in getting you to achieve your goals. The workouts themselves are short but intense — prepare to feel the burn at first but I weirdly look forward to it now. Try Fit Code out, can’t recommend it enough.

The workout alone would have gotten four stars, but the temperature in the room is always way too warm! It’s hot in the summer and warm in the winter. That’s why you get the feeling that you’re going to barf, or pass out, it’s too hot in there. Asking the trainers to adjust the temperature or open the door(it’s below zero outside) yields mixed results, none of which are to the advantage of the patrons? I don’t know why anyone would think its ok to workout in extreme heat!

It has taken me 5-months to get to the point where I am not either ready to pass out or throw up, and I mean that in a good way, if there is a good way to throw up. It is just that getting up at 4AM(sometimes I sleep in to 4:30!) to workout is certifiably insane. Insane, but good. Really good. Mostly because the two main instructors are superb(Shelton and Maria) and after you make it through a class there is a sense of satisfaction that you’ve accomplished something both difficult and rewarding. It is called a Boot Camp and your first impression might be a setting similar to the movie Platoon with a Drill Instructor in your face showing no mercy. Well, that’s not what it is like. They are more encouraging and when it comes down to it you find yourself becoming your own de facto drill instructor pushing yourself to new limits, and boy if you take it seriously like I do, it is hard, but again gratifying. I mentioned the two instructors and they are really something. They are for real and really nice people to «boot.» Some of the physical feats I have seen them perform are awe inspiring. If is not Planet Fitness cheap but you will get ten times more out of it then those nickel and dime joints. My wife and I heartily recommend Fit Code.

I joined Fitcode one year ago after purchasing a living social coupon. After completing one week of classes, I knew it was a great program. I loved the fact that every time I go to class there is a new workout. I never get bored. It is a doable workout and all of the trainers are knowledgeable. In the past year I have seen patrons with various body types have success at Fitcode. I have participated in the skinny jeans contest two times. Both times I have lost inches. The program helps reinforce the importance of nutrition with exercise. The fitcode team is very motivating & they give you the support you need for SUCCESS. Thank you Fitcode.
