Great treat for the pups! Came across it for the first time Saturday. It hangs out in the park right out my back door. I think we’ll add it to our Saturday morning routine. Sora’s a big fan!

Took my pup Ivan to Andersonville to meet up with the Fido to go Chicago truck for the first time. He was all about it from the minute the yellow truck pulled up. The owner Donna was great. She got out to meet Ivan and the other dogs, poured a big bowl of water and passed out treats to all the four legged pups. Ivan ordered the FI Yo yogurt. He wasn’t sure which flavor to choose so Donna pulled out 3 flavors and let Ivan choose which one. He loved it. Purchased a few more items and a yogurt to take home for another day. Topped off with meeting his girlfriend pup Izzy, Ivan had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend you take your pup at the nearest location and give them a try. You can follow them on Facebook or Twitter to find out when they will be in your area.

My pup loved this food truck. I came across it when it was stopped at the dog park on Randolph. It was heaven for my pup who will do anything to get his paws on some human food. We got the bacon and cheese frozen yogurt and two other dry treats. The yogurt is like crack for astro. So far he has not gotten sick from any of them and he’s gone crazy over it all. I would highly recommend stopping by. The owner is very friendly and will even let your dog sample the treats to see what they will like. I like that the treats come from local stores in the Midwest and of course the yogurt seems phenomenal. I was even tempted to try some…

I caught up with the Fido to Go food truck in Lakeshore East. My dog tried fresh bison and peanut butter cookies. Both a hit. They were soft rather than crunchy but Winston didn’t mind. He also loved the Iowa-grown venison jerky. I liked that the ingredients were fresh and locally sourced. I know, first world problems, right?

I would give this lady 0 stars If I could. My dog got very sick from this ladys truck. Tookmy dog to vet and he got food poisoning. Please be very careful when buying treats from this truck.

I was so happy to find Fido To Go in my neighborhood! I just happened to stumble upon them in Printers Row last Tuesday. Maybe my dogs heard they’d be there and decided to steer the walk in their direction! The owner suggested my dogs try the peanut butter frozen yogurt. My dogs are slightly picky with treats, but LOVED these! And because of the ingredients they use, I didn’t feel guilty getting them each one! I bought a few more of her recommendations and promptly called a few of my puppy-owning neighbors to come by before the Fido To Go left. They were all also very pleased with their experience and the quality of treats they sold. We will be back next Tuesday evening! Oh — and they take credit cards — so convenient!!!

I tried posting an honest comment which is the purpose of Unilocal. How dare you accuse me of neglect and feeding my dogs only once a day and ONLY your bagel bones. I gave them your bones to my dogs as a treat when I got home frome work. Have you considered that perhaps that one flavor of bones was a bad batch? Yes diarrhea is not a serious ailment so maybe that is why no one else felt the need to comment on Unilocal about this issue. My dogs are fed a well balanced diet and in the 8 years that I have had my girls, they have never exhibited any sort of food allergies. I was not in any way not trying to be «unkind», I was merely stating a concern that I had regarding my purchase.

Yes, my dogs love me. I think they’re kinda swayed by the french toast rawhide I grabbed from Fido To Go. I mean, I smelled that thing and almost kept it for myself. And my other purchases? Think peanut butter banana bacon yogurt(can you believe this awesomeness even exists!?), bacon cheese rolls, and a peanut butter sandwich. Seriously, just writing all this makes me hungry. And surprisingly, my dogs eat it up, even though they have been more than spoiled with table scraps. The girls who run the truck are always super nice and more than accomodating. Once, when I was deciding between flavors, they reminded me that if I broke off a piece of rawhide and my dogs weren’t having it, I was more than welcome to bring the rest back to them to switch it out for a different flavor. Final Verdict: Fido to Go = Damn Good.

Yes, it’s a food truck for dogs. Be sure to follow them on Twitter to get their exact schedule. If you’re lucky enough to have them in your area, you’re in luck! The have a wide variety of food choices for your four legged family member, and surprisingly they are very reasonably priced. And, to top it all off, they take credit card! Be sure and get their early since they potentially sell out of the more popular items.

Ok, I will admit, I haven’t actually purchased anything from them yet as I don’t carry cash when I am walking my pup but I definitely need to start so I can treat him when they happen to be by our dog park(follow them on FB or Twitter so you know where they will be; their menu, including ice cream for dogs, is just so fun). For now, they will get a 5-star review for having a nice big water bowl out for the pups walking by on hot days– we definitely appreciated it since that happened to be a day I forgot his water bottle :) I also know they were a huge hit for a recent doggie birthday party at said park, and that the pups were stealing each other’s treats they were so yummy. I know Bailey had a sad face when we had to walk by without buying anything :) Brilliant idea and we hope to see you more often!

I found this bright yellow truck one day right in front of the doggie beach at Montrose. So I walked over to this food truck and wow it was a Doggie Heaven Food truck! They have assorted doggie cookies and ice cream/yogurt they even sell toys! My dog Hokulani just loved it! She would jump up to look into the window to see all the yummy cookies. They also feature an item of the week and a percentage go towards charity, like this month of July 10% of their sales of their doggy frozen yogurt item goes towards Don’t bully my breed charity, August is for K-9 unit pups! They even take credit cards/debit cards with a minimum purchase. You can find out where they are and where they are headed to through Facebook and Twitter.
