Fidelis Home Inspection is the best! We worked with Isac Enriquez for two home inspections back to back within a week. Isac was incredibly thorough in his inspections and a pleasure to work with. He was punctual (even arrived early both times,) patient with his explanations to our many questions, and gave a fair assessment of the properties. Isac is committed to providing high quality service, so much so that he even went up on the roof of the house on a super windy day! Many inspectors never go up on the roof even in the best of weather conditions. In the end, his assessment of the roof is one of the things that led us to cancel our contract on the house. Isac’s inspection and his commitment to customer service literally saved us thousands of dollars. He is friendly, personable, and diligent. He knows his stuff and helped us to understand what were high and low priorities to fix (or request to be fixed) in our new home. His post-​inspection report was very clear and included dozens and dozens of photos — it has basically become our to-​do list! I highly recommend Isac and Fidelis Home Inspection. Though I don’t anticipate buying another house anytime soon, when I do, I’ll be calling Isac for the inspection!
