I called into the store to see if they had particular merchandise for one of my high profile clients. I visited the website and the information that was posted was not clear so I decided to call. The young lady who was on the phone seemed agitated and as if she did not have the time to speak to me. To confirm my suspicions, the«owner» yelled from the back and said, «Take he number and call her back, we have a lot of people in here». The young lady put me on hold and the the owner, Dannie, who made sure she let me know that, proceeded to get on the call. Their phone had bad reception, so I could not clearly hear. I told her that and she yelled, «I’m going to help you, I’m the owner». Her attitude was very negative and unpleasant. I asked about the merchandise again and she said, «well if it says sold out on the website, then its sold out»! I mentioned the fact that she seemed agitated as well, and she said with an attitude, «We have a lot of customers in here». I mentioned that I am a potential customer as well and that I know her well, as I had shopped there before for a client. She said, «well I’m apologizing for that», still yelling. At that point, I said I’m done. I was so offended, If you are in business and you are busy, simply don’t answer the phone. Do not take it out on the people who are simply trying to do business with you. I guess this is the service you get when you leave«Michigan Avenue» and deal with«hood» business owners. I hope the people in the shop were worth the money lost from my client today and in the future.

Always my first stop when I go shopping my girl Dannie know how to promote her business, have the hottest pieces and reasonable prices. Customer service is always excellent. Keep up the good work Dr. Dannie and Nurse Tammy
