I spent over 70 dollars to have roses sent to Florida for my mother on Mother’s Day. I ordered 48 hours before Mother’s Day. They did not arrive on Mother’s Day. They may arrive tomorrow, Monday. Either way, Eva’s Flowers could not fulfill their promise. And when I called, I ended up talking to people in Eastern Europe. So, they apparently are not local. I am really disappointed and feel like this company misleads with their advertising and their commitments. If they would’ve told me that there was a chance they wouldn’t be able to get the flowers there by Sunday, Mother’s Day, I would have had a relative go get something from a local florist.(I live on the west coast) I don’t care what the e-mail confirmation says, I was not told when I ordered that there was a chance that they could not meet the commitment. I won’t use them again.

I was definitely unimpressed with the flower arrangement I received for my mom’s birthday today. I called up in the beginning of the week asking for a bouquet that cost around $ 50. Maybe it was a mistake to give the freedom of making a nice bouquet but I really have not had any problems at other florists. When I arrived, they did not have a particular flower arrangement held for me, I just had to chose one from the remaining ones available for today. Now, it was 2:30 on a Sunday and they close at 3PM so there was not much too chose from. The best bouquet they had was $ 42 which entailed 5 red roses and 2 lilleys and then the extra foilage in a regular vase. I have never paid that much for that little of an assortment. I had no other choice at the time because I was on the way to my mother’s house. I definitely do not plan on returning.
