Am I the very first Unilocal post for this awesome spot? This rivals any taqueria in Chicago. Among the best al pastor tacos in the city and THEBEST horchata I’ve had. Lots of vanilla and cinnamon in there. The meat is not dry, unlike the meat at Atotonilco. There is a spicy creamy avocado sauce on the tables in addition to the traditional salsas. This stuff is addictive! I’m buying a container of it the next time I go to El Asador. It’s also really easy to get to if you’re using public transportation. It’s a short walk from the Pulaski stop on the Pink Line. Not a place I would care to walk at night, but its fine during the day. Settle down! You’re in the US! It’s not that dangerous, kids.
