Ek Houseware & Gifts

This was our last stop after visiting all the other tchotchke shops in China Town. It has the best selection of items and at reasonable prices. Everything is organized and neatly displayed, well lit and decent sized aisles. Will definitely go back

Will never shop at this store again! My 3 year old little girl got a frozen coin purse and a frozen stamp that she was so happy to get. She got her own bag for her stuff. 5 minutes later she realized her stuff was no longer in her bag because the bag was torn and her stuff had fallen out. I happened to see a lady picking her purse up in the street and just caught her before she put it her bag, but as for the stamp it was broken in the street and my daughter was heart broken. We went back to the store to get a new stamp and explain that the bag that was given to her was torn on the side and her stuff had fallen out. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and said we had to pay the 75 cents for the new stamp and that it wasn’t their fault. I said are you kidding me??? AND her reply was U kidding me. and continued to be nasty. The 75 cents was not a big deal, it was the point and because of that I will be sure to never shop at this store again!!! I almost returned the other items we bought as well but since it was already given to my kids I did not. HORRIBLE customer service…
