I will probably never go here again. Actually no let me reword that WILL never come here nor will anyone I know! As I ordered my two iced coffees I only received one so I continued to wait and even try to get the attention of an employee. After finally getting the managers attention I got my coffee and was thrown a straw. Customer service =-100000

Just terrible! I’ve never experienced such horrible service. Don’t waste your time, just go somewhere else.

This is a great Dunkin donuts! Always happy and polite! I go to dunkin donuts like 2 times a week and to get a friendly smile in the morning makes your day a little better! Great staff! And yummy coffee!

I purchased a $ 25 Oreo ice cream cake at this location on Sat Oct 25th. I cut into it when I got home and the cake was crumbly and freezer burnt. The cake itself tasted stale. I went back to the store and showed the cake to kid at the register. I was told that he cannot refund me because I «cut into the cake». Unable to get him to understand how that policy did not make sense, I asked to speak to the manager on the phone. She was a woman with an Indian accent, who also informed me that she would not refund me or give me credit because of the fact that I took the cake home and cut into it. I was not able to get her to understand that you have to actually cut a cake open before you can tell that it is not any good. I gave up and conceded that I would not be getting a refund. It is really sad that common sense is such an uncommon thing these days.

VERY disappointed, I bought a dozen donuts tonight and they are all hard, dry and old! I called to try to get my money back since I certainly don’t want to trade them for another batch of old crusty donuts! But the woman who answered was very unhelpful, she just kept repeating like 3 times that these are fresh from today, yeah right… There is NO way these are from today! These are obviously like at least 2 days old, they were that bad. I understand DD doesn’t make their donuts onsite anymore, but I’ve NEVER gotten such dry, old donuts before from any other DD, no matter what time I’ve come in. Next time I will spend more time and gas on another location who will have more pride on what they sell to their customers, even though this is the closest DD from us.

Long time customer at this location. Regular staff friendly and helpful. Especially morning staff led by Yaz. Always treats regular customers professionally and quickly. Coffee here always just right. Breakfast sandwiches need a little more tlc, or maybe just a few more seconds of nuke power, not sure. But staff and doughnuts always fresh. Nice hangout spot for coffee and conversation with friends. Thanks DD on Irving.

This has become my go-to Dunkin. Pretty reliable and consistent. My morning breakfast… pretty good. Fresh donuts day and night… awesome. Ice cream in ‘da house… YEAH! Shakes… a little watery for my taste… need to be thicker… more ice cream or less milk. Service… can’t remember anything bad at the moment… so thumbs up! But, here’s where they really stood out for me… I needed to order an ice cream cake for a Wednesday evening. I stopped in to another ‘nameless’ DD location on Monday evening and was told they needed three days to prepare the cake. They could have it for Thursday. Umm… no. I need it for Wednesday. They wouldn’t budge despite the fact that the store was completely empty and they didn’t look busy at all. MmKthanksBye! So… as I drove thru my regular DD on Tuesday morning, it occurred to me to ask if a cake for Wednesday evening would be possible. They said«Absolutely!» Then, they called the girl who makes the cakes and she actually took my order from the drive-thru window!(No, there was no one waiting behind me.) She called me on Wednesday morning to ask a question about the decoration because she was just making it fresh for me. I picked it up Wednesday evening. It was ready to go, beautiful, and super-yummy. But wait! So you would’ve thought that was it, right? Nope! She called me on Thursday morning just to confirm that everything was to my liking and that we were happy with the product! I mean… who does that anymore?!? That sealed the deal for me. She’s an awesome employee(I’m sorry I can’t remember her name)! She went above and beyond. Thank you!

This dunkin donuts owns the one in Dunning square and that one sucks big time. Can’t ever get order right never polite and expects a tip all the time. I am soooo done with this one and the Owner does not really care I guess. Many complaints and no soultions. When they do get a good person they leave because of the BS… Gave wrong money before and never corrects until you say something. BADBUSSINES. First time on Unilocal and this is awful to have to write.

I have decided to start reviewing all of the Dunkin Donuts I visit. This particular one had a Baskin Robins. I needed a good ice cream cake for a birthday party. Good service by the employee on duty.

Every time I’m here, they are very helpful to me. Its typical fair for a dunkin’ donuts and the ice cream service is typical as well but good. Good: I can tell you that one time I forgot my wallet in my purse after I ordered a coffee, and I asked them to hold onto it for a few minutes while I retrieve it(I don’t live that far away) and they did. :) All was well. Bad: Me and my bf ordered a bunch of munchkins late at night, like maybe 11pm, and not only did they give us more that 50, and they only had two flavors, but ALL of them were HARDAS A ROCK! so we basically learned not to order donuts late at night.

I’m not sure why or how this dunkin donuts got so much bad press. maybe it was from back in the day or a few different shifts but I go there almost every morning for my coffee and occasional breakfast before work. The staff is very quick and super friendly. I don’t even go to any other dunkin donuts because of this. They remember me there and I am not the only one. Whenever i am in line, I see them greeting other regulars and remembering their orders. Sometimes I forget i am in a chain coffee shop. The service has a family owned feel to it. I will continue to go every morning and get my coffee and bagel.

Yucksville! What a broken down, sorry excuse for a DD-BR! And this is coming from someone with a soft spot for Baskin Robbins after working in one during my teenage years. Like the saying goes, don’t judge a book by its cover. If you did you’re likely to give this place high marks from its outside appearance, but just wait until you get inside — it’s a hot mess. Here’s a taste of what we experienced/witnessed: 1) Cranky customer service. When asked for a particular donut, the guy couldn’t have been more vague and visibly annoyed. 2) A dead bee in the ice cream cone case; needless to say all ice cream orders were requested in cups. 3) A mound of dried, congealed ice cream on the plastic cone holder — gross! 4) A broken softserve machine 5) A broken ice cream cooler Yeah, I think you get the idea, it’s a real class act up in here. Consider yourself warned. P. S. Man has BR gotten expensive! $ 2.29 for a single scoop of mass produced ice cream?! Stop the insanity!

I stop for coffee in the morning drive through only. I walked down for some ice cream, the first time kid behind counter did not know what a Sunday was, Bad sign for an ice cream shop. Saturday night about 7 and the kids behind the counter were busy filling the drive through orders, left me standing. I left Bad new when you need a milk shake fix.

This place is not high on my list either, my baby sitter used to be right behind the place when this DD first opened. they screwed up the street from the alley to Irving park by taking all the public parking spots away… which ANYONE that is around there knows what a nightmare parking is there. thank GOD I switched sitters… anyways, every time I would go into that DD, they would screw up my order, I’m pretty simple, just give me coffee and a bagel with cream cheese… they would be out of the bagel I want, sometimes out of the coffee I want(Hazelnut) WTF??? they were also famous for not having any napkins… lets not even talk about their parking lot pfffffffffft Mariel, I feel your pain lol

Update 5-31-2013 My review for this place from 2007 used to be long and awful. However, things have changed a lot in the past few years. There seems to be less employee turnover, and overall better employees. I’ve received what I’d call excellent service on a number of occasions recently, and the speed and quality of everything is now pretty consistent. That’s all a DD location requires, really. The two missing stars are for the parking lot. I know they’re just working with what they’ve got(which is a too-small plot of land), but it’s one of the worst lots I can think of. If you can walk or bike here instead of driving, I’d recommend that.
