Dunkin’ Donuts

Im regular visitor in DD. But usually i go to the the one near my home, but not this time. My friend asked me to meet him here. I said that i have one near my home and i dont want spend driving 40 min. But he convinced me to come. And i am happy that i fid that. Amazing customer service and so fresh donuts.

Do you want to know why people choose to spend an extra buck or two on Starbucks coffee rather than Dunking Donuts? It’s because they actually get your order right. There may be a slip up every now and then, we’re only human, but they don’t stand there and start rolling their eyes or clicking their teeth in annoyance because they have to redo the drink THEY messed up.
Why else? …CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is really a dying concept in today’s society. I don’t expect the staff to be anticipating my visit, but they certainly shouldn’t dread it… which seems to be the reaction customers are receiving from the staff at this particular DD. It’s really frustrating that I have to drive an extra 7 – 10 minutes to another location, when this one is conveniently located within walking distance from my home.
They’ve remodeled the location, but what good is a face lift when you’re still rotten within?

So I have to say I go to Dunkin Donuts alot and this one in particular on Division and California they have the nicest people working there. They now know me because I love the service, and I also love the Vanilla Bean Coolata. Honestly every one of the ladies that work there are the nicest people and they make my coffee perfect.

I love you’re donuts lol. N you’re coffee. Addicted to glazed donuts. Blah. I am always at every other location. Lol

I keep coming here because its great, and the service is great. There’s free wifi and it runs pretty fast so come by and find out for yourself, and remember America runs on dunkin lol

Horrible service! The staff, especially the manager are rude and lazy! They keep on messing up my order and then the staff gets angry when I tell them that they gave me the wrong sandwich. Don’t waste your time at this location!

I like the upstairs area. I meet with clients there whenever I want to get out of the office. The staff is friendly and they are constantly cleaning.

I love this place. I travel a distance just to be here. the second floor is a great feel, i can just bring my drink upstairs and enjoy the peaceful sight. great place for everyone from high school students to college students trying to study. i had an interview up there with a side of coffee. and the tension mellowed up.

This place was just remodeled to have two floors, which I think is pretty cool. But the overall service is horrible! First, I went to try and go through the drive thru, I was hanging out there for 10 minutes without being recognized, so I decided to go inside. I went to the Baskin Robbins side to get some shakes for my girlfriend and her son. There were two workers doing some inventory on ice cream and slapping labels and such. I wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes of me standing there. I then order the 3 shakes and it took the guy 20 minutes to get them ready. There were people behind me being serviced way before I was, and they even had larger orders. Not to mention the person helping me had a bitter attitude. This happened last night around 8PM. Horrible customer service, don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.

This place knows their customers well. After a couple of visits, they knew what we were going to order from the moment we walk in. This location is well kept clean and I haven’t had a burnt bagel yet!
