Dunkin’ Donuts

I feel my Dunkin’ Donuts review from 2008 is in desperate need of an update.
I feel an update is very necessary because:
1. I check into Dunkin’ five times a week.
2. I was a coffee snob in my mid twenties.
3. I really like their Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese. (it’s low fat, who knew?)
4. I truly enjoy their coffee.
5. The staff is very welcoming, fast and courteous.
Dunkin’ is a no frills corporate coffee shop. The coffee is always hot and never tastes old. I get it with easy cream and easy sugar and the ratio is spot on. This is no Intelligentsia or Metropolis, but believe you me, it is better than Starbucks. Did I just say that? YES, I said it. Next time you see that I checked into Dunkin’ come by and have a cup of coffee with me. You’re Welcome!

«Large, cream only!»
Those are the only three words I want to hear first thing in the morning.
Fortunately for me, I hear them every morning when I come here.
They broke the DD mold when they made the ladies who work the morning shift at this location. It’s like ‘Cheers’, except with caffeine-​starved commuters. Well, that and they also don’t know my name. But they know my order as soon as I walk in, and that’s good enough for me.

Never had a problem here. Hey they make a damn good cup of coffee! they know me when i walk in and have my order ready! it’s hilarious!
It can be a little congested in the morning with the morning rush crowd… but over all i am very pleased with them.
Now the girl who works at night (not sure if she still is) must HATE her job. sitting in the back with her hands on her face… then its like a big chore when she has to «get up» to get me a coffee. If you hate it, QUIT!
I love Dunkin Donuts coffee… with just cream… basic coffee! None of these chilled drinks and smoothies and shots of this or that in it… just a basic good old cup of coffee! Good Job!

They have recently (and by recently i mean in the last few months) put this dunkin donuts in the western brown line station.
Its small but very serviceable and convenient but i happen to have a bone to pick with them.
Its all fine and great if your getting a coffee and donut to go, but i attempted to get a bagel with cream cheese and when i got my bagel it was plain and there was a container of cream cheese in the bag. Well that put me in a predicament, i really had no options. Germy train hands and putting on your own cream cheese simply do not mix, add to that a crowded train with no seats and what was i supposed to do.
so instead of scarfing my bagel before work at 8 in the morning, i have to just let it sit in my purse because the lady at the dunkin donuts couldn’t be bothered to put the cream cheese on for me???
i know it sounds like i’m whining but give me a break, this is an «On the Go» dunkin donuts, those workers should know that most of their customers are going to hop on a train right after.
unfortunately, the convenience can’t be beat so i will probably go back, but i will never get a bagel again.
