By far the slowest and most unorganized Dunkin Donuts I have been to. My girlfriend and I ordered two sandwiches, a bagel and a coffee. It took about 25 minutes to get our order as well as the staff asking us several times what our order was and asking did we receive it yet. I wouldn’t go back here for breakfast.

Just a run-of-the-mill Dunkin’ Donuts in the city, very small parking lot with a lot of different shops in it. Don’t try and park here with a large vehicle especially during peak times. Not a very large sitting area, more of a grab and go place. Can’t go wrong with Dunkin’ Donuts coffee though, always good always hot

The employees at this location should really go through some sort of customer service training. The last thing a customer wants to deal with first thing ini the morning are the rude and unthoughtful workers of the local dunkin

This has to be the most frustrating DD around. Yet again, I order 3 coffees with cream only and they screw it up by adding sugar! Unfortunately these are for co-workers so I can’t taste them before leaving the establishment. So irritating!

This DD gets the job done, just barely, and without any class. You know the drill, you get coffee and donuts here. And it’s all of pretty good quality. But the jackasses behind the counter at this location are just unbearable. The cashiers are so involved in their own private conversations that they always ask you to repeat your order, and then you have to repeat it again to the person pouring the coffee. It’s the type of situation where the cashier tells you the total and then holds out her hand in your general direction as she turns her head to talk with her coworkers(who are all family? friends?). If you’re in the vicinity of North and Wells, I recommend going somewhere else, but since this location is right next to the Sedgwick L stop, they will continue to do land office business despite their dreadful customer service.

Every doughnut hole known to man is here. The owners are fantastic. My husband and I go in at least once a week for breakfast before work and they are so friendly and I absolutely refuse to believe that it is a common occurrence that there is any sort of yelling there. They seem to be a very tight knit family, and, lets face it, if I worked with my family, you would certainly hear some yelling more than once in a while.

They had the elusive«crème» donut. Though only in vanilla. I wanted to recapture my youth with a chocolate crème doughnut, but alas none were to be found. There is a facebook page dedicated to bringing it back. It does exist, but only in select locations. Still, after 6 or 7DD checks, I finally found this one with the vanilla. Not as good but better than that custard crap. Well, I walk in and find the woman behind counter yelling at some other employees. I don’t know what was going on, but it appeared to be a family dispute. She was speaking an East Indian language, so can only imagine what was being said. Problem was that I had to get back to the house to get to airport and this woman was holding my donut, turned to someone else yelling very loudly. She did not take my money, she did not give me doughnut, just held it out of reach as she yelled and yelled. Others came in and waited behind me. I went to use restroom, she yelled as she buzzed me in. It got louder as I was in restroom. I come out to even LOUDER yelling. I considered calling the police, but why? I’m going home to San Francisco. I will not return to this DD. If they had the CHOCOLATE crème doughnut, I would consider a return to the doughnut domestic dispute. But they didn’t so I will not. And I only ate half that doughut. It was not as good as I remembered. But the taste lingered in my mouth all afternoon. Not in a good way.

Ok… I had a review pending since the Unilocal iPhone Appl wont let you actually submit a review… and I’ve visited this Dunkin Donuts every weekend and often weekdays depending on my schedule… As of this morning I will never go back; there were many people in the store and one of the owners chastized this female customer for supposedly leaving a paper there, which was already on the table when she sat down. I’m sorry, but you simply dont yell at customers, especially for something as stupid as a Red Eye paper! I voted with my feet and told the owners«That is not the way you talk to customers!» I can’t support any business which doesn’t respect that the customer is not only WHY you are in business but HOW you stay in business. I wont be back.

I stop here on many mornings on my way to work. It’s nice to get a friendly«Hi honey, how are you?’ in the morning, and to have them remember your order to boot. They are fast, and friendly, and just what I need when I’m half asleep in the morning.

Think all Dunkin’ Donuts are the same? Then you are so wrong!!! This isn’t just any Dunkin’ Donuts; it’s MY Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been going to this one for years, as I’ve lived in Old Town since 2001. This particular location is a family affair, and you can feel the love from the moment you step in the door. Plus — and this is huge — they’re FAST. And courteous. You won’t get greeted by name, but if you’re a regular like I am, you will always receive a cheerful and familiar«Hi Honey! How are you?» And they remember how you order your coffee, which, as everyone knows, is the BEST coffee. Bottom line — if you haven’t been to this Dunkin’ Donuts, you’re missing out. I’d eat breakfast there every day if I could.
