Dunkin’ Donuts

My local dunkin donuts. The usual dunkin donut taste everything is good and tasty but the costumer service is horrible the group of girls working there would rather be talking to each other than helping you! Especially the manager who has such a bad attitude so you can’t even complain but report her to the board!

This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely 100% horrendous in customer service, sanitation, and merchandise. Every single time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN TIME, I’ve been to this location (and I’ve been living in the vicinity all my life, so go figure) I have had nothing but an awful experience. The employees are ALWAYS rude, ghetto and just disgusting. They always have some stupid excuse as to why you cannot order your latte, coolata, etc. Whatever it may be, there is an excuse as to why they can’t make it. I’ve heard: The machine is dirty and needs to be cleaned so I can’t make it, there is no coffee ready, I’m the only one here and don’t know how, etc.
UUMM EXCUSE ME? instead of sitting on your ghetto ass and biting your nails texting your baby daddy, why don’t you F*ing clean it? or make the damn coffee?
I mean it’s ridiculous! and they always behave like you’re somehow disturbing them or inconveniencing them. From what? who knows. I’ve gotten a nasty attitude and even eyes rolled at me for simply walking in and wanting to buy coffee and maybe a sandwich or a doughnut. One time I actually ordered a meal (one of those sandwiches with hash brown) which, I guess takes a little while to make and I was fine with waiting, however, this employee had the audacity to slam the register shut after I paid and literally grunt out loud about having to make my sandwich. I mean, wow, really?. I was just appalled.
Another time, I went in for doughnuts. I noticed that ALL the doughnuts were placed under the wrong labels/​names. So as i’m calling out my doughnuts of choice by correct name, this rude employee is getting angry at ME because I’m correcting her on the wrong doughnuts she’s grabbing. Oh and then I get to work, sharing my doughnuts with my coworkers only to find that the doughnuts were stale and cold. I was horrified.
I have vowed to NEVER go there again and you bet I reported them to the City of Chicago for a sanitation code violation because these disgusting employees always have their hair down, hair messed up like they rolled out of bed and sticking out of their cap along with their NAILS DONE!– which is totally against sanitation code for toxic reasons. and some times they were wearing no cap or gloves at all.
Done with this place. DO NOT GO THERE.

Honestly this WAS the best Dunkin around my neighborhood that I could go on the quicks and the employees were super polite & always got my order right. But since a female employee started working here around 2^nd shift, I literally don’t even like going here anymore!!! She always has an EXCUSE for something. Which have been…

— we can’t make ice coffees right now
— we don’t have straws or napkins anymore

FOR EVERYTHING she has an excuse and I got tired of it and also my mom.
My mom actually asked another employee «why was this lady with a bad attitude when someone orders something???» she said «we have gotten complaints from her from MANY customers and she don’t change»

This place is ok for what it is. It’s not a stand alone Dunkin, it is inside the GoLo gas station. The staff is pretty good and the coffee is like any other Dunkin. In the summer time though it feels like they don’t have A/​C. I feel like it should be a ding on them because if they are going to place a chain inside a gas station they should be making sure they can get the minimum standars for their customers.
