This Dunkin Donuts is just like any one you’ve been to before but with the customer service of a DMV. The cashier was super rude and none of the things for coffee were stocked so she had a huge attitude when I asked for a straw. She was so mean I thought maybe I went to high school with her and we dated but ended on good terms so she was angry I didn’t remember her and took it out on my coffee.

The employee’s are very sweet. They always make my Iced Coffee just how I ask for it. And believe me I’m very picky. Their also very quick and the work station seems to be organized.

I just experienced an act of KINDNESS from the manager Luke today. So one of the employee at the above location screwed my order up, I realized it after I got to work. So I immediately call the number on my receipt and I explained to the manager what happened. Luke the manager not only corrected my order he brought it to my office with a lil something extra a donut. Going beyond the call of duty. Big up’s to LUKE

First off let me start by saying I love the iced coffee. Its fun, cheap, and gets the job done. Me personally — I like my coffee with cream sugar and hazelnut. Not going to win any awards but it gets me through that 8:00 am to 11:00 am hurdle at work. But while the coffee is great its the muffins that I have a real problem with at DD. I order Blueberry or Chocolate chip muffins depending on my mood. The muffin itself is not too bad… but on the crown… they go absolutely HAM on the sugar. I mean we are talking it looks like a Chicago Blizzard dumped 2 feet on the muffin. I am forced to eat the muffin over a trashcan at work because the sugar gets everywhere. Despite my efforts to stay clean the crumbs of sugar get everywhere. My coworkers have taunted, harassed, and abused me for my eating habits of the muffins on a daily basis. They have gone as far as creating a name-tag for me labeled«Crumbalina». I’ve been called THEMUFFINMAN and not in a good way. One coworker called me CrumbleStillSkin and then pushed me down. The insane amounts of sugar is effecting my mood, behavior, and worst my performance at work. Please… for my sake any everyone else… lay off the sugar. I dont know how much longer I can keep doing this before I break. Please stop… before its too late.

I am obsessed with this Dunkin Donuts. Frank rules. I always go for $ 1 iced coffee, and during that timeframe, this Dunkin Donuts always has free Munchkins out. It’s amazing. The employees are lovely. Also, this location has $ 1 iced coffee starting at 2pm instead of 3pm!!! They’re super fast. The coffee is so good. I’ve never seen a long line. The one thing to note is that it’s right by an L stop, and sometimes there are sketchy people hanging out in there. I’ve never gone late at night and personally would find a different 24-hour Dunkin Donuts to fulfill by 3am coffee/donut needs.

This place regularly only fills my cup half of the way. I don’t know why I keep going here. Probably because it’s right next to work. Also, since it’s across the street from a methadone clinic, this place is always filled with wonderful human beings.

standard DD. nothing bad, the staff is always super nice & chipper — which helps when I’m ½ asleep walking off the L stop.

i have been to several dunkins and this is the only one where the cashiers listen to my order. I never have to repeat my order. They take the time to listen and get it right the first time. Ane they are quick. Early mornings the line reaches the door but I’m in there for no longer than 2 minutes. Staff is friendly. Jay had me try a spicy smoked sausage sandwich and now I’m hooked. She’s the absolute best. No one does my coffee or latte like her. this place has the BEST coffee and the BEST donuts. Can’t wait til the owner gets a baskin and then he can have the BEST ice cream.

This place is amazing. It offers coffee and donuts. I really like the staff. Everyone is really friendly. It’s right next to Starbucks. Schmakie LOVES Starbucks. I however, do not. I prefer Dunkin’. Looking forward to seeing Kira S. and Bianca R. at my next visit. KC S… not so much. Not really interested in seeing the self-proclaimed«DD addict» who writes four paragraph summaries on Unilocal about the operational inefficiencies of Dunkin Donuts, in person. Maribel is probaly the best employee of all time. She gives me free snacks sometimes. Good.

This DD has the friendliest staff — across the board — of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I go there for an iced coffee every weekday and they are incredibly efficient even when the line is out of the door. I have officially made the switch from Starbucks(next door) to Dunkin’ and both my morning routine and pocketbook thank me

This DD is by far one of the speediest, especially in the crowded morning hours! The employees are friendly and energetic and have never messed up one of my orders. Today I saw the staff go above and beyond to setup a ramp for a woman in a wheel chair and make sure she had everything she needed! Everyone is friendly and hard working. I’ll continue to visit this location for years to come!

This has to be the cleanest DD I’ve ever been to! The presentation of the different bakery items is eye-catching and they have a variety of bakery offerings compared to other DD’s in the city. The staff is also very friendly and things seem very organized here. A wholesome 5! Why so many haters on here lol?

I prefer Dunkin Coffee over Starbucks. I think the fact that the coffee is inexpensive is what really enhances the taste for me. If you’re looking for strong coffee to keep you awake, this isn’t the place to go, but since Chicago is a cold place to be, Dunkin coffee is a good pick me up when you want something hot to drink. This location specifically is pretty convenient, as soon as you get off the brown line, Dunkin Donuts is waiting for you. I love the place and the employees there are pretty nice.

I used to go to the Dunkin on North/Clark and just assumed that all Dunkins must be slow and terrible. This one proved me wrong! It’s fast, efficient, very friendly… and your orders are always accurate. They also have a Belly, so they’re rewarding the regulars This Dunkin is PERFECT for the morning commuter. Don’t be intimidated by the long line between 8am and 9am… it goes VERY quickly, and you’re in and out in just a few minutes. The only drawback is that it’s a small space. It’s not great for spreading out and studying, and it may feel cramped/awkward if you’re trying to sit down and chat with friends. Take it for what it is: a great place to grab some coffee and get on with your day.

It is what it is. Obviously you know what you’re getting when you go to a chain like this. This particular store is fairly small… not an ideal place to sit down for coffee + donuts, especially since it’s frequently busy(right off the brown line stop and in the middle of various office buildings? You better believe it). However, the staff is efficient, good at taking orders and getting them out quickly. If you’re looking for a fun coffee shop and a place for good conversation/workspace, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking to get your usual DD order and get out quickly and efficiently, you might find that here.

This location is fine. I particularly like the signs that say that you can only sit for 30 mins. Too funny. Dont go here to study. The staff was über nice and I was there on free donut day. I am not sure why, guess I was lucky :)

Urgggggg. I’m not sure what the problem is, but everyday, if a certain employee takes my order, it is not correct. And it’s always not correct in the same way. I always order coffee, cream no sugar. It’s not complicated. If a certain girl makes my coffee, I ALWAYS get coffee with cream and sugar. It’s gotten to the point where I have to try the coffee before I leave D+D because it’s so frequently incorrect. Maybe she doesn’t like my face. Maybe she thinks I need more sugar in my diet. I don’t know. I just want my coffee the way I like it.

After participating in the Alzheimer’s Walk, I was famished. That’s when this Dunkin Donuts came calling to me. It’s nicely located off the Chicago Brown Line stop. It’s pretty, shiny, and new. You can’t beat that. Plus, the chocolate glazed munchkins(5 for 99 cents!) were pretty damn good. Maybe it was the hunger pain, but I thought these were probably better than I’ve had from any DD in awhile. I’ve been back since during quiet times. It’s also a great place then because I can get some work or reading done while munchin’ on some munckins!

I would consider myself a DD addict. Truly, about 15% of my monthly paycheck goes to DD at one location or another. It always made me sad that I only had Starbucks as a coffee stop after getting off the brown line to walk down the block to work, so when a coworker informed me that she saw a «Coming Soon!» sign for Dunkin’, I was ecstatic. This is the most disorganized DD I have ever been to. I’ve given them 5 tries, each time hopeful that something has started to sync(I understand, they’re brand new) but I just don’t know anymore. I have gotten my coffee as ordered only 1 of those 5 times. A coworker got a coffee coolatta that had her in the bathroom all afternoon with a sour stomach. We called the manager who offered us free drinks on our next visit, and we promptly decided not to even bother redeeming them. This morning I was waiting 10 minutes for them to toast a blueberry bagel only for them to tell me that they«just realized we ran out of blueberry.» Meanwhile I watched them pass other customers their iced lattes that looked more like iced milk. This double-D(as my boyfriend and I like to call it) better get their act together, like, yesterday. :(
