I’m giving 2 stars and I’m being generous here for the service not Dunkin Donuts which I love. I really like the dark roast turbo with an expresso shot extra cream. Well apparently not that popular at this location. Obviously a caramel macchiato with extra sugar and cream is. For a while I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to brew the dark roast. I’ve since stopped because waiting was just getting ridiculous. Today I just ordered regular coffee with the turbo shot and they made me wait again. Tired of the unfriendly help there. Either I’ll have to walk to the Archer Halsted stop, buy a Keurig or go back to the local coffee shop where they do appreciate their customers more.

Unimpressed!!! Donuts didn’t taste fresh and were cold. I gave it a genourous 3 stars based on their effort.

First of all, they didn’t have any Christmas or holiday gift cards 2 days before Christmas. I then ordered a dozen assorted donuts and the one i picked, the white frosted, was stale! I rarely eat donuts, and the day i decide to indulge(although how do you indulge on DD), i get a bad one! It had to have been yesterdays leftovers. Grrrr

I can never use my coupon for coffee or drink at night, a man about 50+ never let me use coupon, when I bring coupon for ice tea, he said its out, another day I bring coupon for coffee, he said its out again! But customers ordered just ahead of me they got coffee! he doesn’t wear uniform, I guess he is the owner or manager, very bad service

Two weeks ago corporate has turned our neighborhood coffee shop into just another place to go for a quick cup of coffee and out the door we have to go. None of the neighbors sit in anymore for coffee because of the new«impersonal» design of the place. They took out the comforable four-seated tables replacing them with a more impersonal and much smaller two-seated tables. Also have made it so that we could no longer just walk up to the counter, but now have to form a mechanical line around a gate that has now been placed directly at the front door. And to top it all off, the worse thing is that they removed our«community’ board which provided us information into the community and into our neighborhood. Corporate strikes again. Break up the community and make it all about the fast money. All the neighborhood comforts have been completely removed witht the new remodeling. I will not be going back to this DD location, but will walk an extra 3 blocks to the Bridgeport Coffee House on 31st and Morgan, to sit down and relax and yes, even read my community board while I am there. DD and Corporate can keep their new in-and-out design and shame on you for splitting up our neighborhood meeting place !

I go pretty much 5 days a week. This store has all the potential to be the best store in the area. Theres 3 others that are relatively close attached to gas stations. The girls there are spot on with memory if you’re a regular like me and tend to always get the same thing. Most days my iced coffee is being made before or as im walking in. My only true criticism is the details within the store could be better. Theres been a broken window now for about a month, the door always slams which makes me feel like im going to break it one day. And the cleanliness of the floor and dining room should be addressed more often. I never use the bathroom there and the one day I did I had to pick the lock with my speedway rewards card. Overall, this is the dunkin I like best, the staff is nice. I just don’t understand how such simple fixes could pile up so quickly. The door is just a wrench away from closing slower, the window is a phone call and an invoice away, and the bathroom door is merely a door handle /lock replacement. The decorations are usually changed seasonally and the promotion area is good. However for as many times as I go there, no one has told me about the dunkin rewards program. Use that to build sales and the redbook to record progress. The pieces are there. Put it together.

Although I’ve only been to this location a few times, the proximity to my house is a plus all by itself… until you factor in the parking lot in front!

OK idk were to start. First off the people who aren’t homeless sit around and swear and act a fool. I don’t like Dunkin to begin with I was here not to long ago to have a meeting with someone. Some guy at the other end of the restaurant. Started yelling and swearing at his girlfriend. The guy who worked here did nothing about it. Now don’t get me started on the food and drinks here. Most of the drinks come out a bag pre made YUCK… All of the food is pre made and shipped from god knows were. The only fresh thing I ordered was the coffee I asked for some whole milk and the guy said they only have skim milk… WTF… you kidding me. If the coffee was bad enough adding skim milk made it worse. I know I sound like a bitch but I have a right to Id rather go to mcdonalds and drink there coffee. This place is a joke I avoid this place like a bad habit. I go to Jackalope or Bridgeport Coffee Company. I prefer Starbucks but due to Bridgeport lacking in one I have no choice.

So I’ve been sitting here for an hour or so killing time and this franchisee is a joke. He’s wearing cargo shorts and an untucked polo shirt with the collar popped. He’s either strolling around the restaurant aimlessly while chomping down donuts or sitting on the service counter chomping down donuts. Meanwhile, his restaurant is filthy. Straw wrappings litter the floor and tables and he’s acting like a 16 year old at a summer job. My suggestion is you give your business to someone who actually cares about their restaurant

This will be one of my shorter reviews. This Dunkin’ makes all drinks and food really really good. Every time my coffee tastes great! The employees are professional. They’re helpful. They know how to make my coffee! The only thing that denies this Dunkin’ a five star rating are the customers and the parking lot. The customers are a balance of shady and nice. The parking lot is a mess. So I wouldn’t recommend sitting down at this Dunkin’. 4⁄5

This is my first time at this location. The customer service by one particular employee(Jay) was a 5 star rating. Only if EVERYDD was like this… Wish full thinking… Most DD’s have HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I usually come here in the day and at night. The guy who works the night shift is hilarious. But since it’s a one-man gig, the food ordered can be quite cold(the hashbrowns, wraps, bagel, etc). Obviously service will be slow. As for the daytime, the service is alright. It’s annoying when there’s three people asking the same question about my order(wake up wraps)… I got pretty annoyed when I had to repeat more than three times… Just order and go from this place. You’ll put up with a lot of interesting people if you stay longer than 5 minutes.

Only one star because there wasn’t a choice on «NOSTAR». This dunkin is the WORST one i have EVER been to. I dont even recommend going for 99cent happy hour, unless you want to get scammed by the girls that work behind the counter. If all you are going to order is an Iced Coffee(with a flavor), forget it. They will charge you for miscellaneous items that you didnt order(2 munchkins) because they suddenly charge for the flavors in their iced coffee. EVERYOTHERDUNKINDOESNOTCHARGEFORFLAVORSINICEDCOFFEE… skip this one. The girls that work there have the worst attitude. There are so many people in need of jobs and the people that have them dont appreciate them. If i was the district manager of this place I’d get rid of this staff, including the manager and hire a completely new staff, and one that can show their customers what the meaning of world class service is. These girls give the brand a horrible name… Where is Undercover Boss when you need it. Don’t ask for the manager, she’s got better things to do with her time on the weekend than wait for a customer an extra 5 – 7 mins to address any issues that her staff/store might have… shes just not interested. If you want to start your morning off right… I suggest taking a detour and going to Archer & Halsted dunkin or Canal & Roosevelt(A+++++) dunkin in the loop. Otherwise be prepared to have a crappy day… Seriously. I will NEVEREVER in my life come to THIS dunkin donuts again, even if that means I have to drive further, or just skip my coffee. NEVEREVER. P. S. Even the parking lot sucks. This location is in a plaza with CVS, subway, us cellular, gamestop… And its the lot is small… the CVS is ALWAYS busy, there goes dunkin’s parking… so dont rely on parking.

This Dunkin Donuts location is, how do I put it… interesting. The women who work weekend mornings crack me up when they speak in Spanish and think no one understands them… well I do, especially the curse words — it’s quite the show!(I don’t know if they are there during the week since I don’t go during the week) The guy who works at night… this guy is SUCH a character that I believe he could probably be a character in a TV sitcom, he’s funny. Yet I would never go in there at night alone(I go with my BF), there are always really seedy-looking types just hanging out all the time at all hours of the night(yes, I have been there at all hours to get coffee — you don’t need to know the details) talking, playing cards, watching TV(yes, there’s a TV in there). It’s weird, like a good-old boys club. So given the description above, the scoop on the goods: coffee is always good, they carry one of my favorite donuts that most DD’s in my(north side) location don’t — the Glazed Cake and the service has always been great.
