I used Dorothy and Delora for my wedding makeup and I can’t recommend these woman more! Susan was absolutely incredible! She blew everybody in my wedding party away with her professionalism and ability to apply makeup in a way where everybody still felt like they looked like themselves – just the prettiest versions of themselves. Their pricing is really good for what you get as well.

Best experience ever!!! I had to contact them rather last minute for onsite makeup for my sisters wedding.
Super professional and accommodating.
Day of we had Rebecca for makeup for 5ppl including the bride. She is crazy qualified, so easy to talk to, gentle, KILLER at lashes and listens-​even if you are picky or aren’t quite sure about something, she asks the right questions to get the info out of you.
Our makeup literally held up through tornado winds, rain, SNOW, sunshine, sweat, and many tears. NO makeup running or smudging. No joke.
Best part at the end of the night I took of my makeup and It was so easy to take off. My skin felt great and even though I could have worn the beautiful lashes she put on for us another day, I took them off that night and guess what! NOT A single real lash came off with them. That was so wonderful!!! My whole family was beyond impressed. I highly highly recommend!

Susan was amazing! I was ecstatic with my makeup and eyelash extensions (which lasted days) for our wedding! Susan’s personality was kind, fun, and professional! When I returned from makeup, everyone said, «Wow!!» HIGHLY recommend — plus their pricing is great! Love!!!

Highly recommend Susan and Rebecca. Have worked with both of them many times prior to Dorothy & Delora as well as after they formed the company. I’ve seen both their wedding work as well as have worked with them on many commercial productions. Both are extremely talented but more importantly are just friendly and fun to work with and no ego’s at all. I recently was working on a commercial that ran into an actual makeup emergency and I called Susan and she went out of her way to come meet us on set and exceeded my client’s expectations. Definitely will continue to use.

I met both Susan and Rebecca during my appointment. Both were extremely professional and passionate about their work. I used their services for the one-​on-​one make-​up tutorial, in order to amp up my game! I left their salon with a great deal of knowledge and being much more comfortable with applying make-​up. Best part is they took notes for me with product recommendations! I will definitely use them again for any of my make-​up needs. Thanks ladies!

Rebecca did a fantastic job on my makeup! First time I had eyelashes (just a few added on) and airbrush, got tons of compliments at a black tie gala. I even got a discount because I was attending a charity event. Rebecca was also very personable and fun to talk to. I would definitely go back!

Had a lovely experience with the ladies of dorothy & delora! after getting my makeup done for a formal event, i received more compliments than ever before. These ladies are prompt and accommodating, they are clean and well organized, and theyre affordable. they have the latest trends in fashion under their belts and they do more than simply slap on a face for you… they get to know your style and accommodate your personality in every detail. If you want to be treated like a princess and leave looking your very best, then D&D is for you!

I recently got married and had Susan do my make-​up, my bridesmaids make-​up and my mother and mother-in-law’s make-​up. I’ve known Susan for a long time but her professionalism while she was working was impressive, to say the least. The make-​up looked perfect on everyone and the addition of false lashes is a must! Everyone who had their make-​up done loved the way they looked — Susan tailored each look to everyone’s own face and eye shape and personal style. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! Having these two girls team up is amazing! I first met Rebecca when I had her do my make up for my wedding. She did such an amazing job my bridesmaids had her for their weddings and also passed on her contact to even more! I had flawless skin (when it really isn’t) and she made me feel beautiful! She has such a natural gift for this craft I couldn’t have been happier on my wedding day and can’t wait to have a date night to get it done again!

I had such a wonderful experience with Susan. I had my makeup done for a holiday party and tried lashes for the first time. Susan answered all my questions and did an absolutely amazing job. They. Looked. Awesome. I received so many compliments on my makeup and lashes, and honestly, I couldn’t stop talking about how great the lashes were. I felt like I just stepped out of a photo shoot. My makeup was awesome.

I used Rebecca’s services for my wedding in Chicago and it was better than I could’ve imagined. Rebecca did my bridal make up along with all of my bridesmaids, flower girl and both mothers and did a fantastic job. She executed my vision perfectly and was able to handle everyone’s different personalities and skin types.
I really enjoyed how Rebecca asked questions about each person and their personalty and makeup tendencies during my trial. Also, not many people can handle Asian makeup which was my main concern but Rebecca has a ton of experience with Asian brides. The makeup also stayed ALL day through the ceremony and reception — I didn’t have to do anything to touch up except some lip color. My lashes last through lots of crying too.
Rebecca also is very calm and sweet which was a major bonus on the morning of a super stressful day!
