So, I was in the mood for ordering a Chicken Parmesan sandwich because I had nothing at home, and I was unable to leave the house. So, I placed my order, and the moment my order was complete and paid for, the person on the other side called and told me that they weren’t delivering, and failed to mention anything about my payment before she hung up. I had to call back and ask about my refund, and was told it would take a few days. I literally live 2 miles away from the place, and they could’ve delivered my food that I paid for! Now I have to wait to get my money back, and that’s money I could’ve spent somewhere else. There is no way these guys are getting my business again after tonight, and if you are looking for delivery, do two things. One, pay in cash. Two, pay a half hour before they decide to stop delivering(whenever that is, but that doesn’t matter to me). Customer service was horrible, and they failed to exceed my expectation, and my expectation was something as simple as just make the sandwich and bring it to me. I’m not upset, but very disappointed. I had a nice tip for the driver, too. Too bad.

I really used to like this Dominos… but now I can’t. Today, my order to 30 minutes longer than the timer on their website. Once the delivery guy got here and I finally sit down to eat… my wings look like they literally went through and picked the smallest ones, and my pizza is lukewarm and almost burnt. I was going to give them another try, because pizza places out here aren’t that great, but after this I won’t…I’ll just get my lazy butt up and drive to Fox’s…
