Dino’s used to be so much better. It’s still a solid option for a quick lunch in BP. Hands down the best thing here are the Gyros. They are my favorite gyro I’ve ever had. Try them with the green taco sauce they have here you seriously won’t regret it. That sauce rivals some taco joints best sauce. Hot Dogs and fries are solid as well. The other great thing about Dino’s is the service. The people who work there are good hard working people who have been in the neighborhood for years. They remember you if you are a regular. They make small talk with you and make the wait for food go by fast.

Everything I’ve ever had here is in point. Burgers are great. Hot Dogs are delicious and the gyros is perfectly seasoned. The ridiculously friendly staff makes this neighborhood corner spot a can’t miss.

Their homemade Italian Beef just kicked this review to 5-​STARS! Not just any Italian Beef I say, I literally heard the 85′ Chicago Bears in the background with every bite. This has to be the best hidden gem for Chicago style grub. Funny thing is these guys were slangin’ tons of chicken salads… hahaha. Their chicken is HUGE and generous portions are served.
Steak tacos are next on my hit list.

For burger joint, Dino’s blows a lot of restaurants out of the water. The burgers brought me back 30 years when I used to go to Wolfy’s on Peterson & California. If it wasn’t for cholesterol I’d go back more often, loved the skin-​on fries and everything is freshly made to order in fron of you.
